All went well, Ray Roberts had an assistant this time. Arrived on time, but failed to call ahead when on the way. Did an excellent job!

Fine job, honest, friendly.

I have used him many times. I love him, he is great! He always does a good job and he doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need.

They are always able to get me right in. They are very professional, courteous and I have recommended them to many friends. Their prices are also very reasonable.

It was an excellent experience. They are thorough, easy to work with and professional. They have a super-charged vacuum in unit in their truck

They did an excellent job getting out spots that I couldn't get out. He got something out of my rug that I didn't know he could get out. I have two huskys that shed and they got all the hair up.

I would give them an A+++ on price. Theirs was much lower than every other estimate I received. They were very nice and trustworthy, which is important to me.

The time I was given was 1000-1200 and the worker arrived at 1045. The house was vacant so I showed him where the spots of pet stains were. He cleaned every bedroom, hallway, closet, stair, and loft area. He sprayed some extra chemicals in the areas that had an abundance of pet stains. He even got out some stains in the traffic areas that I thought were permanent. Overall, I was very pleased with the job he did.

He called before he came, as I asked him too, and he was very friendly. He did show me some of the stuff he pulled out. He did the carpets, did his job and left. The carpets turned out good.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE- ONCE FOR WATER HEATER FAILURE & ONCE FOR WASHER. THEY ARE FRIENDLY & PROMPT. THEY CLEANED PART OF REMAINING CARPET FREE OF CHARGE.

I FELT HE WAS HONEST AND VERY THOROUGH. IT SEEMS LIKE HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS A VERY KIND AND CARING PERSON, PERSONABLE, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

THE TWO MAN (ZIONSVILLE) CREW CALLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND IMMEDIATELY SET TO WORK. THEY WERE NEAT, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR FURNITURE OR OTHER ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE SHIFTED TO ACCESS THE DUCTS. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO CLOSE FRIENDS WHO HAD JUST PAID OVER TWICE THE AMOUNT TO HAVE DUCTS CLEANED ON ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

EVERY TIME I CALL THEM FOR SERVICE, THEY SEND OUT YOUNG KIDS TO DO THE WORK AND THEY NEVER DO SATISFACTORY WORK! THE FIRST TIME, WHEN I CALLED FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING, THE OWNER CAME OUT AFTER THE KIDS WERE HERE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. HOWEVER, THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM FOR CARPET CLEANING, THEY SENT THE KIDS AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED THAT THEY DIDN'T! EVEN THE OWNER ADMITTED THAT THE TWO BOYS WERE UNRELIABLE.

ROBERTS CARPET CLEANING WAS ON TIME. THE WORKERS WERE REAL NICE & CONCENTRATED ON WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. THE ONLY THING- I DID WANT THEM TO CLEAN THE AIR HANDLER & THEY DIDN'T. I ALSO THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES BETTER. THEIR PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CLEANED ALL MY CARPET (NOT JUST THE WET AREA) FOR FREE.

HE CLEANED MY STUDIO, LIVING ROOM, STAIRS, HALL, LOFT, AND BEDROOM. HE WAS HERE A LONG TIME, AND DID AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL JOB!

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND ITS PEOPLE KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.

THE GUY THAT CAME OUT AND CLEANED MY CARPET WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHICH I APPRECIATED. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

HE HAD TO PRE-TREAT FOUR ROOMS ($10 PER ROOM). I HAD SOOT IN THE CARPET. I EVEN HAD THE GENTLEMAN GO OVER HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS AGAIN AND AROUND THE FLOOR VENTS. HE WAS EXCELLENT AND WILLING TO DO SO.
