Description of Work: I used Robert's Cleaning Services. They do carpet cleaning, upholstery, tile and grout. They last came and cleaned the stairs, the family and the hall way, and I had rusting on the carpet that he was able to get out.

 + -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. They are thorough, easy to work with and professional. They have a super-charged vacuum in unit in their truck
Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent. My friend could not get her dryer to dry or collect lint. The drier was just months old. After disassembling it, there was a problem in the vent. I called Robert's at 4:00 on Friday. The gentleman who answered the phone suggested that it was probably a bird's nest in the attic vent. He was very prompt in responding to the need. They arrived at 9:30 Monday morning, cleaned the vent from both directions, removed the bird's nest, and were gone by 10:00. They suggested that the damaged screen on the vent be replaced. The vent goes up the wall and through the attic. The clog was at the bend.

 + -1 moreThe time I was given was 1000-1200 and the worker arrived at 1045. The house was vacant so I showed him where the spots of pet stains were. He cleaned every bedroom, hallway, closet, stair, and loft area. He sprayed some extra chemicals in the areas that had an abundance of pet stains. He even got out some stains in the traffic areas that I thought were permanent. Overall, I was very pleased with the job he did.
Description of Work: We had a home that we were renting out and the carpets needed cleaning. There were areas that had pet odor and stains. The traffic areas were rather dirty, too. The house was 3 bedroom, plus a loft and set of stairs. The worker arrived on time and got the whole house done in less than an hour.

THEY WERE NEAT, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR FURNITURE OR OTHER ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE SHIFTED TO ACCESS THE DUCTS. THE FIRST TIME, WHEN I CALLED FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING, THE OWNER CAME OUT AFTER THE KIDS WERE HERE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. HOWEVER, THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM FOR CARPET CLEANING, THEY SENT THE KIDS AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED THAT THEY DIDN'T! EVEN THE OWNER ADMITTED THAT THE TWO BOYS WERE UNRELIABLE.

I ASSUMED I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR 6 ROOMS EVEN THOUGH I ONLY HAD 3 PLUS 2 HALLWAYS BECAUSE THE ROOMS WERE FAIRLY LARGE. HOWEVER, WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AND SAW THE ROOMS, HE FELT THAT THE ROOMS WERE SMALL ENOUGH TO BE CHARGED THE LOWER RATE FOR 4 ROOMS. HE CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR AND EXPLAINED THE ROOM SIZES AND ASKED PERMISSION TO GIVE ME THE LOWER RATE. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIM TAKING THIS INITIATIVE. I NOW HAVE CLEAN CARPETS AT AN EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE RATE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
