Description of Work: Once again Randy came through! This time he built a large wonderful paved patio. Added a door off a sunroom with amazing stone steps. He also made a beautiful wooden screen for added privacy. Plus did all of the landscaping. He was meticulous, professional and fast. I have used him for many projects around the house including remodeling and plan to use him in the future!

 + 0 moreOverall went well. We had one misunderstanding because I was going to do the painting regarding how prepped the surfaces that needed painting would be. Other than that, no complaints. We had allowances for the floor, cabinet, and top that weren't easy to stay within, but we came very close. The porch looks 100% better than it did before and gets used much more.
Description of Work: We hired Randallis to remodel our porch. They ripped out the existing siding and plywood ceiling, used MDF beadboard below the windows all the way around and another MDF product with wider board on the ceiling. Insulated the walls and ceiling, drywalled, installed 4 outlets, a cable outlet, and an exterior light. Also installed a laminate floor and a cabinet with a granite top.

 + 1 moreI thought that this company paid attention to what we wanted. They did a wonderful job installing all of the new materials. They did so good, we hired them again to put an new porch on and a new asphalt driveway.
Description of Work: We had them install new granite countertops in the kitchen and half bath. They put new tile floors in both rooms. They put wainscoting in the bathroom and a lot of custom wood trim.

Recently we needed attic and roof work and they have been very helpful yet again. Performed work reasonable fast and on schedule while paying paid attention to the details. His staff were friendly and nice as well. Did have two cracks in some of the trim, but nothing too major.
