Performance fixed my Ford after a fender bender. The staff was great and they communicated everything in a professional manner. My car looks better than it did before the wreck! Thanks, Eric! **Review update - 4/1/20 - Had a minor leak in my trunk. Dropped off vehicle and they were able to find the leak and seal it off. They also sanitized the entire inside and outside of my vehicle at no additional charge! Same day service! Love these guys!

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I sustained damage to a sensor on the rear bumper of my vehicle. It was replaced, and all of that went well. However, when I picked the vehicle up - it had new damage in a different portion of the bumper. I took photos of the new damage, and reported it to the shop. Upon request, I took it back to the shop for them to look at, at which time I was told they think they saw the damage on their estimate photos - which was a complete fabrication. To their credit, they did agree to fix it, but given the specialized nature of the paint, stated that they would contact me when they had a similar paint match. Fast forward about a month later with no contact. I followed up with the shop, and was ultimately told I should visit an Auto Zone or similar place for touch up paint and do it myself. So, the entire experience resulted in me paying the shop several hundred dollars for the repair, only for them to create new damage, for them to deny they created it, agreeing to fix it, and ultimately telling me to go to Auto Zone to buy touch up paint and fix it myself. I reported my discontentment to the shop, and to their credit, they did agree, yet once again, to fix it. At this point, however, I have no intentions of taking this vehicle or any vehicle I have back to Performance Collision Center ever again. Buyer beware.

The estimator has seen this scrape before. Friendly, prompt estimate on a cold call. Dropped off vehicle on schedule. Four days, as it turned out, seemed a little long (were they behind already?). But the work looked like the car just came off the showroom floor. The "exceeds expectation" moment was discovering a completely detailed interior, including the trunk (and it was a mess when I brought it in).

This is the third time we have used Performance and they do quality work.  They are also very good about explaining what needs to be done and working with the insurer.  They tell you that the delivery date is an estimate, which certainly is understandable, but they have not proactively let us know when that date would be missed - this would be helpful to know for planning purposes.

The body work is perfect.  We did have a few things that the dealer worked on that didn't work correctly, and Performance was very helpful getting the dealer (Penske Honda) to re-fix these items at no charge.

I just paid my deductible for my insurance. The one thing that was good for me was they were able to provide everything at one shop.

The provider had my car for over a 6 weeks and I would call and they would tell me by the end of the week each and ever time.  Six weeks later I get the car back and they fixed "some" of the car and I ended up taking it to another provider to fix their problems.  

Excellent work but double check on dates and scheduling and make sure you know the details, like the rental car company picks you up and takes you there - does not bring car to the location.  It all just takes time.  However, the work is very good.

They were rude and kept us waiting for a long time for no reason.

They called to say job was finished. Went to get car. Bumper was not aligned properly and had to wait another day to get car. I cannot understand why they would have thought the car was ok. Maybe they didn't think anybody would notice. Make sure you check the work carefully. They also promised to cover the extra day on the car rental from Enterprise. That didn't happen and I had to argue with Enterprise to refund my insurance and me for the error. I do not know if my insurance company was reimbursed, but ultimately I was. Generally I was not impressed.

Appointmet mde to bring vehicle into shop. Only upon arrival was i told they were running several days late. Obtaining response from customer service rep is extremely difficuly. Does not call back or respond to written requests for information.



Quality of repair work is excellent. When they were through with the vehicle, I could not tell it had sustained hail damage.



Excellent work, poor communication

These guys are great. The went above and beyond both times. Once, for free, they fixed an antenna I had broke. Another time, I was at the hospital waiting for my mother to be transferred to long term care. I was not going to be able to pick up my car before they closed since the transfer ambulance was running behind. When I explained all this to Performance, two employees at brought my car to the hospital so I could have my car that night.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. This was an unusual transaction since the dealership was coordinating it for me. I dropped my car at the dealer, they took it to Performance and brought it back to the dealer for me to pick up when it was finished.
However, I was extremely happy with the results. It looks like nothing was ever wrong. I was very concerned due to the nature of the damage (there were 2 small 'bumps' on the roof). It looked like a manufacturing defect. Additionally, the roof is black - not a very forgiving color. I was also very nervous since I had just spent 9 weeks optioning this car just the way I wanted it, then waiting (mostly) patiently for it to be built and then take a boat ride across the Atlantic. This car means a lot to me, and I trust it in the hands of Performance Collision. In fact, it has been there a second time for repairs when someone hit me in a parking lot and drove off, and it is going back later this week after someone rear-ended me.

I went there today July 10th, 2012 to get a quote for some damage to my car. This was going to be my third quote for comparison before I chose a company to use. I parked my car in the parking lot, took my 1 year old and 3 year old out of the car and went in. The receptionist was friendly and had me fill out a quick form. She asked if I had parked in the parking lot, I said yes. She then asked that I pull into the service bay to have the car looked at. She indicated that someone would be right out to speak with me and provide an estimate. I double checked just to be sure. She indicated I should pull my car around and wait there. I walked back to my car and loaded the kids up in the car seats and pulled into the service bay. There I sat for 10 minutes. I had a very clear full view of the windows revealing the workers inside. I could see the receptionist I had spoken with. I could see a few folks sitting in their cubicle spaces at their desks. Several times, different men walked up to the receptionist's desk and glanced my way with a puzzled look. They would speak to the receptionist, she would speak, then they would glance my way again, continue their conversation and walk away. This happened several times. Not a single person came out to speak with me. I checked my time to be sure that I was giving them adequate time to come out. After 10 minutes I left. I won't be using this company. They lost out on about 1K worth of business. Guess they are are not in need of small business like that. Here's the psychology of it, owner/manager of Performance Collision Center. Let me lay it out for you and explain why you might be encountering "drive offs". This isn't my first rodeo. I have never been asked to move my car up closer to get someone to give me a quote. The parking lot is pretty close. I have always experienced that the staff are more that willing to walk out to my car in the parking lot, take a look, and give me a written quote. This appears lazy. Had I been asked to have a seat in the air conditioned waiting room, I would have waited 15-20 minutes. It would take more effort to just drive away. But once I am actually back in the driver's seat, driving away is really easy. Not to mention the idea of unloading the kids from the car again is not appealing. So, when your receptionist tells a customer that someone will be "right with them" and will "meet them in the service bay" actually do that. And if a customer gives you a form with their name, address, and phone number, you might want to think about giving them a call if you notice they have driven away. After all, you would want to explain yourself and why the wait was so long. Or maybe the receptionist hasn't even noticed yet. First impressions are everything and yours was awful.
