When we visited the facility, we noted a chair that had been planned for an exhibition and noted that the workmanship and pattern m atching was perfect. When we placed the order for our six chairs, the fabric we selected was a small enough pattern that it never occured to us that they would be able to to a match without our spending excess dollars. What a surprise when we not only were able to receive our chairs in a very timely manner, but the match was perfect on each chair and each was was done identically. The CEO, Cindy Richardson, has a dedicated staff. Each individual is exceptionally capable and only satisfied with perfection. The work was done in a timely manner and was absolutely the best reupholtery workmanship I have ever seen!!! Pride in Performance is apparently the only way they work. And this is one of those arts that is on the verge of being lost in our country. Whether one would requuire only one piece, or an entire set, chair or sofa, the workmanship is one to make anyone proud. The price was very reasonable. Completion was timely. I will use them again and recommend their work with the highest praise.
