I went really well..Animals didn't have to leave the house.  He even brought a treat for my dog.  He was very professional and pleasant.  I was very pleased with the job they did, and would definately recommend them to anyone.

We were concerned about having bed bugs. One technician came out and came to the conclusion we were bed bug free. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to push any other services on us. It took him about a half hour complete the job. He was very good at answering my questions clearly. He was happy to inform me on what exactly I should look for in the future if we have a concern again, and what a solution would be if the problem arises. He was very thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable. I was leery about them being a large company but I was pleasantly surprised.

We have a service agreement with them. They come out every few months, and do preventive maintenance. He will also look around to see if he can find any sign of pests. He does this without me asking. He will leave traps with me. They will be either installed or given to me to put the traps where they need to go. He not only performs the normal service he does plenty of other things. I really get complete service from them.

They did a good job. I called them and they sent someone out. A roof leaked and we had to replace the roof. When we replaced the roof, several years later we started getting small ants. I got fed up and called them thinking they were coming from the crawl space. He went up to the attic and found their nest. They said ants go to water. I guess the insulation got wet and they climbed up through the outside of the house and went to attic and made a nest. The ants were really tiny but they were a pain in the neck. They were climbing down my walls. They didn't give up and they sprayed everything around the house. When he said he couldn't find they were coming from, I showed him a spot in the house and he asked to go to the attic. He was a big guy and he went up in there and he was on his knees and he located where it was coming from. He had a lot of work to locate the mess and get rid of it. I thought the price was a little high but he did good quality work.

They have always been efficient. They ask questions and are very friendly.

I have been using them for several years. They come out every three months.
