Old National Bank - Zionsville

I was searching for a mortgage company a few weeks ago to refinance my home.  I left a voice mail and never heard a word.
This was not my first negative experience here.  When I was purchasing my home four years ago I started the application process.  If my memory serves me correctly I had even met with the manager.  Forms had been filled out, emails exchanged.  Then, all of a sudden all communication stopped. I left at least two voice mails and one or two emails...still nothing.  Another mortgage company was glad to have my business.  I would not recommend this branch bank to anyone.

Old National Bank totally screwed up the mortgage appraisal process. They said they were going to handle the mortgage but they did not do it in a timely fashion so when we moved into town the house was no longer approved which meant we couldn't move into the house. We had trucks here that were full with nowhere to go. Old National Bank's answer was that they were so sorry but they really made no effort to solve the problem. They left us hanging. They were well kept and well versed but they just gave us lip service. There was no interest in actually solving the problem. An I'm sorry and a smile is all they were offering.
