This is the 4th trailer hitch I have had installed on a car by Northside Tralier. They always work from appointments and have a comfortable waiting area. Beside the installation work they offer a huge supply of trailer parts and always friendly advice. The installation time was as quoted and the estimate was on target. Their prices are only average but the service and expertise is top notch. After install services is also excellent.

It went fine using their services. They had a better price than the bike shop. They did what they said they would and they did it when they said they would do it. This was the first time I have used their services.

We purchased a new Dream Coach GN Horse Trailer from Northside Trailer over a year ago. The trailer has been great except for a mysterious electrical issue in the tack room and the stainless steel nose corroding. Even though these issues were covered in the bumper to bumper warranty, Northside has been very reasonable in resolving these difficult dilemmas. Long story short, Northside has fixed the problems with our "Monday" trailer and they even sprung for the annual trailer service.

MY WIFE WENT TO PICK UP THE TRAILER. SHE INDICATED THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ENSURED THAT BOTH THE HITCH AND THE TRAILER WERE INSTALLED (WE HAD NEVER PULLED A TRAILER BEFORE). THEY ALSO REMOVED THE TRAILER AND HITCH WHEN THE TRAILER WAS RETURNED. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
