NAPTOWN ETCHING

When I came into the office area, we were greeted by a very nice and professional gal. (I wish I could remember her name, she was so helpful). I came in on a Monday and asked if they would be able to have something engraved by Wednesday....fortunately, they had the time to accomplish the task. I had the impression that a turnaround that quickly is not always possible, I was very grateful. The etched engraving on the decanter was a personalized message from me to my husband, and I looked up what I wanted to have engraved to be etched in Latin. The shop was awesome as she brought me back to her office and found THEE most perfect font. She explained she would have it ready by Wednesday afternoon, PERFECT! Much to my shock, she called me Tuesday morning and my project was ready for pick up! The completed task was just excellent! Perfect job and I was thrilled with their work. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. I am a very satisfied customer! My husband really loved the gift and told me about his bragging to his coworkers the next day! Thanks so much for helping me create a perfect gift for my husbands birthday!!!

They were very courteous, professional and responsive. Neil outlined several options for us. We selected the option that most met our need. He said he would have it ready in an hour. He called us in less than an hour. The finished product is excellent and we are very happy with the result. The price was extremely reasonable. We would not hesitate to use Naptown Etching again.

I had a difficult time finding a glass etching service provider. Naptown was recommended by a local glass dealer. The folks at Naptown Etching were friendly, professional and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
