+ -1 moreWE HAD A HOME BUILT BY LATTIMER CUSTOM BUILDERS AND THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. HE HAS NEVER ISSUED THE OUTSIDE WARRANTY THAT HE CHARGED EXTRA FOR AND REFUSES TO. HE SENT US A COPY OF A CHECK THAT HE SAID HE SENT IN, BUT THE COMPANY NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY. TWO HOURS PRIOR TO ORIGINAL CLOSING, HE FAXED A NEW SALES TOTAL THAT WAS $30,000 HIGHER THAN THE DOCUMENT HE GAVE US FOR CLOSING. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED. WHEN WE ENTERED THE HOME, WE FOUND A LEAK THROUGH THE CEILING AND WARPED HARDWOODS. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND HE WILL NOT ADDRESS THEM UNLESS WE SIGN A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. HE IS VERY UNETHICAL.
