These fixtures were ordered and after about 10 weeks I called to follow up with Mr. Kogan. His land line was temporarily disconnected so I had to drive to Zionsville to his place of business. He told me it would be any day now..... Another month passes by and no further action. I attempt to call him AGAIN, and the land line is still out. I drive to Zionsville AGAIN Where he promises to call the company to check on the order status. We never heard from him. I did get his cell phone number, But the several times I called he never answered. Horrible communication skills and even worse business practices. Customer service levels at an all time low. Do not patronize this business. In disgust, we cancelled the order.
