King's customer service was amazing!  They were able to deliver my mulch order the very next day.  They arrived right on time and were very professional.  I will use them year after year.

Steve King responded to my call this morning by coming out within 30 minutes of my call. In March of 2013, King's installed a culvert under my stone driveway. The job was great until a year later (today) when we had over 4 inches of rain in a short time. The culvert was apparently blocked by debris and undercut by fast moving water. Steve came back quickly with his excavator and completely repaired the problem, saving the rest of the driveway stone from being washed away. He and his helper had a difficult task of digging in water and saturated soil. The job went very well! They brought extra stone and rip rap. All work was completed under their "make it right" guarantee. I could not ask for faster service.

Overall it went well. The mulch was delivered the same day I called, and was high quality. The only complaint I had was that we had a miscommunication, and the mulch was dumped near the garage. This prevented us from putting our cars in the garage for a few days. This is the first time it's been a problem, so I'll know to be more specific about where to dump the mulch.

I have called 2 times for an estimate. Each time I'm told someone will get back to me. Nobody has returned my calls.

We have used Kings several times over the past four years to do similar work and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and quality.  I gave them a C because of past good experiences.  The failure to respond this year (even to say we don't want the work or too busy) left me scrambling to find another company.  Too many businesses out there that want the work, will not use again but it's disappointing.

I have always been very happy with them.  I have had good experience with them.  I don’t remember how much I paid them, but I do remember they were very competitive.  Their prices were good.  I have not used them since I moved to my new house.  I would leave instructions with them and they would exactly what I needed.  They were prompt and always ahead of time.  They were very good to work with.  They were fabulous.  I will use them in the future.

Sean was very close to two other estimates but he was available sooner and had some other ideas that I liked and needed.  Besides the grading and reseeding of the damaged yard, he removed a very large area of overgrown ground cover, trimmed shrubs, added some nice new plants and mulched.  We are very happy with the results.  It looks like a new yard.  The only complaint, and in retrospect I should have had Sean back to do it, is that the mulch covered up termite bates along the foundation and I had asked that they not be.  I did it myself and still haven't located a few of them.  I hadn't realized it until someone attempted to monitor them and they couldn't be found.  Still the grass grew fine and the plants did okay in the drought and that awful crop circle of ground cover has made only minor attempts to return.  I'd be glad to call Sean again for landscaping and yard projects.

The price was great.  They arrived on time and technician was cooperative in dumping the mulch in the correct area.

Our experience with King's landscaping was very positive.  I set up a time tor them to mulch one month before and we determined that Brandon (Operations Manager) would check with me to firm up the delivery time which he did.  I appreciated his follow up. 
Brandon's team arrived when they said that they would and worked thru until the job was done.  Brandon and I walked our property before hand so that he and his crew knew exactly what was to be mulched and edged.
Every time that I asked a question of Brandon or his crew member they would always answer  respectfully any question that I had.  Every request was followed to the letter and his men had me look at there work to make sure that they were doing it the way that I wanted it done.
They not only made sure that the mulch was not setting right up against our house were it would touch wood.  But they also took extreme care to make sure that new plantings were not covered over by mulch.
