Justin went to the property and made some repairs and was paid as soon as he sent me the invoice. Prior to hiring him for the job, I asked him if he will warranty the work he does and stated that he would come back out if there were any issues. Well, there were issues and Justin has not been responsive to any phone calls, voicemails, or text messages. He advertises " "Honest, Professional & Affordable plumber". He is a scammer and I would not recommend him to anyone. He also changes his phone number and address often. Based on other reviews that I have read, Justin has made a business out of scamming clients. Be Aware!

Justin Shollay from Shollay services gave a reasonable quote for plumbing work needed for our new laundry room. But the service performed was horrible. He made a huge hole on top of our garage the size of which we never expected to be that big, created a mess with the paint spill, installed the water outlets out of alignment and after cutting unreasonably big and dirty holes, and failed to install a dryer outlet in the dry wall. He apologized and stated that he will fix everything asap and left never to return. At the end of the 1st day, I had paid him in full which was definitely my mistake. He since then have never returned our texts or call while he is still promptly advertising his dishonest service on Craigslist. We hired another plumber to finish up the job who had to cut bigger holes and realign the water lines. Beware of this guy. Pictures attached. I wish I had taken the picture of the huge hole he created on our Garage roof as well.

Justin provided a reasonable quote and multiple references. I was not at home at the time of service, but he indicated everything went fine. When I got home, he had not plugged in the battery back-up (critical for the pump to work). When I plugged it in the alarm went off and wouldn't stop. When I tried to get him to come fix his mistake he refused to respond to calls and text messages over the course of several weeks. Still trying to get a response. Will unfortunately likely end up in small claims court.
