Description of Work: My company was hired to perform service by John Babcock of GVK Contracting & Remodeling at their customer site. We provided this service on August 18, 2011 and have yet to be paid. Repeated calls and emails to John Babcock and GVK office have not been returned. I am currently investigating legal action against GVK along with lien placement on their customer's site. I have filed a BBB report. Beware of contracting companies that do not pay their subcontractors.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER IS VERY GOOD AT TALKING AND MAKING YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING. HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD QUALITY, BUT I DON'T THINK HE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT DETAIL. HE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. NEVER GIVE HIM MONEY WITHOUT RECEIPTS OR WORK BEING DONE.
Description of Work: PORCH ADDITION AND KITCHEN REMODEL.
