Jeremy was great, he would send us updates on homes that were within our desires and budget.  If we liked a particular home, it would be within 24 hours we were set up to go look at the property.  Jeremy was always on time and very professional when showing the homes.  If you want to buy or sell,  Jeremy is your man!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremy.  We felt confident that he had our best interests in mind at all times and that he was working diligently every day to market and sell our house.  He was professional at all times.  We would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home.

Excellent- Jeremy is a true professional. He listened to our requirements for a new home- i.e.. size, price range, location, etc-- and narrowed the homes to look at to those meeting our requirements. He was very careful not to waste our time looking at other properties that did not meet our needs. He was always on time-- and always followed through with items he promised . He is very well respected in the community-- as evidence in talking to others we have meet-- in addition to the loan officers and title company executives.

Jeremy was my real estate agent when I was looking for a house back in mid-2007. He did an absolutely fantastic job! Although he was relatively new to the real estate field back then, he seemed like a veteran. One thing I appreciated about working with Jeremy was that I could get always reach him when I needed to. Whether it was day or night or weekday or weekend, he was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. He also did a great job stepping me through the negotiation process when I made an offer on my house. In the end, I got exactly the price I wanted, and Jeremy even had the seller pay for a 1-year home warranty, which really came in handy when a couple of my appliances broke down within the first year. Even after Jeremy was no longer my real estate agent, he still continued to be helpful. Several months after moving into my house, I was desperate to find out what color and brand of paint had been used throughout my house, as I needed touch-up paint, and nearly the entire inside of the house had been freshly painted before I moved in. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach the previous owner, Jeremy managed to contact him and get me the information I needed. And a couple of years ago, Jeremy sent out an email to all of his previous clients, letting them know that they need to re-file for their homestead exemptions, to keep them valid. So whether you're a current or past client, Jeremy will take care of you. I'd highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

As I said, this was a very turbulent move from the Florida panhandle back to Indiana, with difficult timing in the rental of our Florida home and finding and closing on an Indiana home.  Jeremy showed extreme patience, learned guidance and cool competence in the handling of the search and transaction.

Great!  Jeremy was very professional, helpful and a great assest to have while buying a house.  Definitely plan to work with him in the future.
