Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.  We interviewed a number of excellent realtors before listing our home and her overall package and presentation was the most thorough and well conceived among this very good group.  She was well versed on every issue we encountered and had excellent support from her staff.  At times we would send e-mails or texts late in the evening and would often get a response that same evening.  Although everyone wishes they had gotten a better price, we were very happy with the work that she did and the excellent communications.  House sold during a slow period, and no issues at all with logistics, communications, closing etc.  Very easy to work with even when you encounter the inevitiable complicated issues.

In preparation for selling my home, Jennifer volunteered to do a walk-through of my house to discuss my plans for renovation, with great advice about what upgrades would help me sell quickly, and what things I shouldn't waste time and money on. She came well prepared with tons of information and comparisons for me to review. When we build next year, I'm excited to work with her again selling my home.

Jennifer was great on providing advice on sale of house "as is." Listed house and it sold immediately. She did an excellent job of taking care of all of the details after the offer was made and before closing. This included all of her work in responding to the inspection report and dealing with the concerns of the buyer. Everything went so quickly, so smoothly, and on time. We would definitely recommend Jennifer for anyone wanting to sell a house.

Jennifer treated me as if I was her only client and her best client.  Everything was handled promptly, accurately and with charm and ease.  She took all of the stress out of selling my home.  She is a pleasure to work with, and worked hard to get top dollar for my home.  I would highly recommend Jennifer!!!

Jennifer was wonderful from beginning to end. We interviewed three realtors before we chose the one we wanted to handle the sale of our home. Jennifer was my choice from the beginning. I had already been talking to her for the past couple of years, and she had been very helpful with advice and information during that time...with no guarantee that she would be our selling realtor when the time came. Still, she remained positive and forthcoming. I can't imagine how the sale would have gone without Jennifer. The first offer from the buyer was very low, and we felt insulted and were thinking of just ignoring the offer when Jennifer pointed out that if we didn't respond at all, we'd never know whether the buyer was just fishing or was really willing to buy the house at its value. So we countered at very near the asking price, and to our surprise, he simply said yes. There was no more bartering. I feel that without Jennifer's guidance we would have lost the sale. She was also patient and positive and encouraging while the house was on the market for several months and was shown over 40 times during that time. I would definitely work with Jennifer again. Her office staff was very involved too. Everyone seemed to work together. The box out front stayed full of flyers, the marketing materials were always supplied to as, the house was chosen as a House of the Week. I feel that Jennifer and her staff went far beyond what I expected in terms of marketing our house and getting the word out.

She was good. We did not hire her, she was the seller's agent but she was most helpful to us, something that you do not see as often as you would like. She was candid and she was very honest. She looked at me trying to help me get up the stairs and said you are sure you want to buy this house, because I was having trouble getting up the stairs and I said we will put in a stair lift and she said okay. She was very conscientious. We had an issue at the closing, do not we always, and she was very helpful. Latter on we had an issue with the title company and she moved mountains to make sure that they had done what they were supposed to do at the Hamilton County Auditor's office, which had not gotten done. So, Jennifer stepped in and got it done and she did not charge us anything for her services. She was wonderful and there for us. She is 24/7 on her mobile and we reached her right away. She was right on time every time we met her at the house. We have recommended her to other people.
