John is a true craftsman. He was attentive, getting right back to me with any answers and was deliberate in making steady progress on the project.

Due to lack of foresight on our part, we were looking for someone to complete the project in just over a week’s time. Contacted 3 companies on Angie’s list explaining our needs and John from JEB was the only one to even call back (which he did quickly!). I believe the others might have considered it too small of a job for the hassle of getting in & out quickly. There is no doubt that John is a busy man, but he was able to adjust his schedule to help us out. He showed up on time (and even early!) both days. He worked full days with few breaks and got it done in a day and a half. He even took extra time because he recognized that the intricate pattern in the tile I chose would look best if he laid it in consideration of the laundry room entrance-which meant more work for him. I certainly wouldn’t have thought of that, but he obviously has the experience and the artist’s touch to do the job with superb attention to detail as well as excellent workmanship. We were very happy with him and look forward to inviting him back when we are ready for the larger projects we have planned.

John came into a bathroom job that my husband didn't have time to finish. He was AWESOME!! Put down mud bed, put Red Guard on walls so it wouldn't leak, and helped me with a few design dilemmas. Check the finished pictures folks cause the subway walk-in shower looks amazing and the marble curb into shower is divine...that was John's idea!! Hated to see him go BUT he'll be back...I have two more baths to remodel.

Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing. We have recommended him to all of our family and friends. We will definitely use him again in the near future.

Our contractor brought John Billman in to do this job, as it we requested an expert who focuses on quality installation. The tile is a chiseled wood-look, laid in a herringbone pattern. Our home is a sturdy 1950's ranch, which comes with its idiosyncrasies. John has expertly tiled for many years, in far more fantastic spaces than ours, and he made us feel quite at ease by explaining the process each step of the way. The end result is a beautiful floor and we are positive that no one would have taken such good care to do the job as well as John did.

He did a beautiful job. He matched the tile, chiseled out the mortar below the tile to insure an even surface with the other tile, installed and grouted the tile. He then sealed the tile.

John and Tom showed up when they said they would and worked hard every day until the job was done. This was not an easy job, but they did beautiful work. They even came by 9 each day the day after Christmas and New Year’s Day! I would recommend JEB Tile to anyone who wants quality work. John and Tom were also very personable and polite.

The project was completed in a timely manner and actually sooner than we expected. I was more than pleased with the quality of work and how everything came together. JEB offered personal opinions and options that made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. We will be keeping him in mind for future projects! Photos included don't do the master bath justice.
