I was very unhappy with their work.The pricing was OK but when I consider the quality of work, I would have to say it was very lacking. I would not use these guys again.

We experienced flooding in our basement due to severe storms on 2/28/11. I called Indy Clearn Team at 2:30 in the morning and John, the owner, and crew arrived by 6am to begin taking care of the water and resulting damage. They did a great job of extracting the water from the basement and quickly getting in air movers and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. Over the next 4-5 days it was a little tough coordinating their return visits to check the equipment, but it was mainly due to so many people needing their help. John and Jenny were wonderful to work with. We were pleased with their work and their professionalism. I hope we never have another instance of flooding, but if we do we will turn to Indy Clean Team again.

I was NOT disappointed in the quality of work. The guys that came out, did a great job. After showing up slightly late, they realized a piece of their equipment was broke and had to reschedule for the next day. They came on time this morning, after completing 90% of the work, they ran out of water. When they left for some reason, their truck died in the middle of my street and will have to reschedule again to finish services. It has become a nuisance to move my furniture back and forth.

Alex and his helper arrived within the scheduled window and did their work efficiently and professionally. They were able to remove some old stains that had been really ground in. I will definitely use Indy Clean Team again and have already give their number to a friend. Thanks!

The end result was good. At first, a crew of two guys came out to clean a few areas of carpet and a very soiled couch. I was not happy with the initial job. The carpets were left very wet and they just didn't look any cleaner. Additionally, the couch didn't look any better than before cleaning. I sent an e-mail to the owner, John expressing my displeasure with the work. He responded immediately and offered to re-do the job at no cost to my satisfaction. John re-did the job himself. This time the job was done well resulting in clean carpets and a clean couch. Additionally, the carpets were considerably less wet after cleaning than the first time. I'm very pleased at how quickly and professionally John handled my complaint and am happy with the end result. John turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one.

Went okay. The main issue for concern was that we scheduled an appointment the day prior, they missed the appointment, and I was a bit discouraged that I had to call to remind them.

I usually use a national competitor for my carpet cleaning when they have a sale. The Big Deal coupon prompted me to support a local company. When I first called the woman on the phone was quite pleasant and we set an appointment for a few days from then. The coupon was for three rooms and an upholstered item, which I did not have, so we agreed on the stairs as a substitute. She gave a half-hour window for an arrival time and said it would take approximately two hours to complete. We were still moving furniture at 2:00 a.m the day of the appointment so I did not vacuum the bedroom. I have three dogs and am constantly vacuuming. The great room was done, just the bedroom was left. The national company always did pre-vacuuming so I didn't worry too much as ICT's normal price was twice as much. Because of the price, and their high rating, I guess I expected too much. I was not home when the team arrived. I was so excited when I got home to see my clean carpets, but I was very disappointed. They made no attempt to vacuum the carpet so the dog hair was in wet clumps all over the floor where the cleaner's rollers drug it around. They didn't even attempt to clean along the baseboards and there was still a few leaves from a plant that had been moved to show where they definitely didn't go. The entire house smelled like wet dog for days, and still does if you lay on the floor. Much worse than it was before the "cleaning". If it wasn't for the harsh chemical smell that took three days to go away (with the windows open in 90+ degree heat) I would swear they just got everything wet. For an easy job (again, no furniture) they simply hit the high ponts and left. I was not there when the team was, my nephew let them in. As opposed to the two hours it was supposed to take he said they were in/out in 50 minutes. The team was in a big hurry and saying how they had to hurry to get to Chicago to do some flood cleanups there. Under the circumstances I think a C rating is generous.

I got the name of this company from my daughter, who used them in her house. I had bet my husband that there was no way the carpet in this house, and specifically 1 bedroom would ever clean & would have to be replaced. However Indy CT left with my carpet looking like new! The house smelled better, too. Indy Clean Team saved me a lot of money! Thanks

Cleaning was superb-best I have ever experienced. Scheduling was frustrating because of postponements and missed appointments. However the end result was very satisfactory. Gave Angies discount of $50.00 for costs over $200.00 as advertised. They also gave a 10% reduction in costs to help compensate for delays.

I will definitely use them again. They were here right on time and were very diligent. I don't know that we have ever used anyone better than Indy Clean. My neighbor saw their truck and asked about them. I told her to call them.

They did a wonderful job. They were professional, polite and thorough. The carpet was cleaner than it has ever been before. I was thrilled to learned that they do other types of cleaning. I just can't express enough how thrilled I am to have them in my home. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

The 2 man crew called and arrived early and spent 2 hours here to clean 3 rooms and a chair.They were polite, thorough, knowledgeable and expedient. The carpets look great and the chair as clean as when I bought it 4 years ago (microsuede fabric).

It was an Angie's List special. They did a great job and we were very happy with them.

The crew arrived early, they called first to make sure that was OK. They were very professional and thorough. They first used a scrubber and "soap" on the carpet then used a tool that sprayed water and sucked it all up. I was amazed that they were able to get up some old stains from pets and a copper fountain that left green copper stains. Conner (I believe that was his name) proudly showed me his certification card to prove that he was authorized to clean both carpets and upholstery. His time spent on making my white velvet chair was rewarded with a white chair that looked like new!!!!. Very impressive.They had a big fan to help dry the largest room while they were doing the other areas and the chairs. This was all done without using anything in my house...all in their truck. They even moved furniture and told me not to vacuum beforehand. Very good job.

Stellar. This company has some of the nicest folks in Indy working for them. The initial phone call was very easy and friendly. The guys who came out were low pressure and nice as could be! I am really, really pleased with Indy Clean Team and thank them for making this whole process.

They were very responsive in scheduling the appointment with short notice before an open house. I thought the work was done very well and the two workers were very personable.

Connor and Nick did a wonderful job for us. They called to asked if they could arrive early which I appreciated. They walked room by room with me to see what they were cleaning and explained their process. Both were polite and professional. The carpet was very clean and Connor was even able to remove a stain that another competitor could not. I will definitley have them back to do our basement and will refer this company to others.

They did a very good job. They came in and did what they had to do. I would use this company again if I needed to.

John and his partner came in and pre-sprayed the carpets. I have a German Shepherd that sheds a lot so before cleaning the carpets they vacuumed the area's where he lays. They then went to work on the carpets and made them look as if they where brand new. They did two full rooms a stairway and a hallway for $100. They was able to remove all extra pet stains at no extra charge, they always had a smile on their face, and where complete professionals. They didn't have to hook into my water they had their own on their van and did not have to use my toilet to get rid of the carpet water like Stanley Steamer and other local companies wanted to do. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The price was right and the service was far better than anything I had been given in the past.

This company is the best. I own a rental property in Indy, but live in Chicago. I had some tenants leave the house in bad shape and had a ton of work that needed to be done. They not only exceeded my expectations with the work completed, they completed all of the work without me being in town. Very trustworthy and would recommend them for handyman work, cleaning, and more. Great job!

We will continue to use John, He is the best in the business. He takes the time to make sure the customer is happy with the job and goes above and beyond to assure quality.

Jenny cleans my house and does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond what I have ever seen from anyone else. She's careful with my things and lets me know when she notices something that isn't working the way it should. Jenny is personable, friendly and honest, and I have come to trust her a great deal. She's just a great person who will help me with almost anything, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful person to help me care for my home.

I had been using a different company, but stumbled upon John and I am so glad I did. My previous carpet cleaning company was using a lot of soap and all my stains were reappearing and the carpet felt stiff. John got all the stains out and all the extra soap. The carpet felt much softer. John is very compassionate about customer service and started is own company because he was tired of everyone always trying to short the customer. He is passionate about what he does and gets it done right. He was right on time and extremely professional and nice. I will use him again and recommend him to everyone I know. I was very excited about his service.
