We go there periodically for financial upgrades for things we have on deposits, CD's and things. Our financial service person is there and there's no charge for it and we go over what we have and what we want to do with it. It's excellent service.

They are always very helpful. They are like family to me. They have better rates than banks do usually. They are very personable and help me get things notarized.

We are very disappointed with the members credit union, which we have been members for 3+ years. They did not follow through with us on the information we had requested, and feel this was poor customer service on their part.
