I was referred to Impressive Image by a friend, so I called them and spoke directly to the owner, Kevin. He was willing to talk to me all about my vehicles and what services I was looking for at that time and even scheduled all three of our vehicles the very next week. It was totally a smooth experience, not to mention extremely fair prices compared to others in the area. Our vehicles are shiny and totally clean inside and out. I'm now a regular customer and will strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for an awesome detailer. Thanks, Kevin and Impressive Image! I'll be back.

Kevin Stout and Impressive Image will get our business every time for car detailing. He has worked on 4 different cars or trucks for us, some more than once. The job is superbly done and for a lower cost than many places. Kevin is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. When our son was here for just 2 days from our of town, Kevin made an appointment for him on very short notice. I cannot think of a single thing that Kevin hasn't handled well.

From the first call, Kevin Stout was very helpful in setting an appointment and explaining the work to be done. I took my car in at the time of the appointment and it was ready at the time he said it would be. I was very impressed with everything that was done. They completely cleaned my car inside and out. The entire interior was cleaned and polished, the carpet was cleaned, even the ceiling of the inside. The outside was waxed and polished including buffing out scratches. I would highly recommend Impressive Image Detailing and will be a returning customer.

Everything was great. The owner was a very down-to-earth businessman, and his prices were reasonable. Thanks to him, my 4-year old car looks like new. I would highly recommend him.

Very well. My car was ready when promised. I was happy with the results.

Super customer service. Promptly returned my phone call and scheduled the work. This car was very dirty (had been driven by teen) and the outside had a lot of tree sap. He worked an entire day on it and I think probably lost money on this job given the amount of time and work involved. I offered to pay more but he was firm about sticking to the quoted price. He also provides service to remove small dents. We had a dent in front quarter panel where it was hit with a shopping cart, had body repairman look at it but ultimately could not repair it as dent too deep and could have cracked the paint. Very upfront about this and did not attempt to do something he did not feel would come out well. No charge to us for having body repairman look it over.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! LEAD PERSON, KEVIN, WAS QUITE PERSONABLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. HE MET ME AT THE BOTTOM LINE AND MADE ME IMMEDIATELY COMFORTABLE. KEVIN THANKED ME FOR ''SHOWING UP'' FOR MY APPOINTMENT! I HAD INTERACTION WITH THE ACTUAL WINDOW TINTER. HE WAS QUITE INFORMATIVE AND RESPECTFUL. I AM SUPREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. IT WASN'T REALLY DONE LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE, FOR THAT PRICE. I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THIS AND THEY REALLY DID NOT SEEM TO CARE.
