 + 1 moreThere were a total of four fans that he installed . he kept me informed of the progress, he also left no mess behind and even vacuumed the rooms when he was done. I will be calling him again .
Description of Work: Lance with High Caliber Remodeling came out to give me a estimate for installing some ceiling fans that I had bought for my upstairs bed rooms . I was so impressed I had him complete the work while he was here .

 + 0 moreWe installed laminate flooring on entire main floor as a DIY project. We ended up with some questions; at this time we contacted Lance to consult us about the process. Once we had completed the flooring, we felt the baseboards and quarter round would be better completed by a professional. We asked Lance if he would be willing to take on this job, he agreed. We set a date and a price. He was prompt, clean and his craftsmanship was excellent. We have recommended Lance to multiple friends and neighbors and would recommend him to anyone who has the desire to remodel. Outside of our remodeling project we have seen his work on projects such as tile, decking, concrete and a shed he built; his work is outstanding. We look forward to working with Lance in the future.
