GARY WAS THOROUGH. HE EXPLAINED HIS CREDENTIALS AND WHAT HE PLANNED TO DO. AFTERWARDS, THE CARPET LOOKED AND SMELLED CLEAN, BUT MOST OF ALL IT FELT SOFT! SOMETIMES CARPET IS VERY STIFF WHEN IT'S CLEANED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY. HE ALSO SAID HE'D CALL AT 12:00, WHICH HE DID. HE SAID THEY'D BE HERE AT 1:00, WHICH THEY WERE.
