I called Farah and her team to clean our rental after the renters had moved out. She explained the process and techniques very thoroughly. Their prices were great. On day of cleaning they showed up on time and did an excellent job going through the entire house. We were very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

Staci was extremely pleasant and polite, her email responses were timely and she made time to give a free estimate as well as schedule a cleaning in the time frame we needed. I was excited to learn more about her cleaning methods, as I was specifically wanting someone to come that wouldn't leave my home smelling like chemicals. I also thought the estimate was fair, considering I requested a thorough cleaning of the downstairs and only the cleaning of upstairs bathrooms. We were unable to have our tile cleaned due to a recent grout sealant being applied, so she vacuumed some of the upstairs in place of steam cleaning the tile.
The work that was done, sadly, left me quite unimpressed. Things we had specifically talked about in advance were not thoroughly cleaned and the upstairs bathrooms were not given the attention I expected (showers and baths seemed untouched, cobwebs on light fixtures). The cleaning solutions and methods were highly desirable, although Staci pointed out they may not do the trick the first time. Understanding this, I remained open to the fact that things wouldn't be spotless, but some of the areas I went over myself with a simple damp cloth and they cleaned well, leaving me to think they were untouched during her visit. I was hopeful to establish a long term relationship with someone using such good products, however, this will unfortunately not be the case.

Staci is the sole employee/owner of Team Green Sweep. She has cleaned our house twice now. I chose her because she uses earth-friendly cleaners, and also is very agreeable and professional. She cleans our whole house in about two hours (3,000 square feet or so). She does a reasonably thorough job.

They come twice a week, and do an awesome job. I love that they use simple eco-friendly cleaning methods, and the results are awesome.They are responsive to any request, and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

They arrived promptly for all three cleanings and were very quick at getting in and out. They typically use a steam cleaner on all floors. The first time it left horrible streaks on the hardwoods and they came back to re-do it, which helped but I mopped again to finish the job. Research indicated the steam cleaning might harm my 1926 floors and when I asked them to use another method, they obliged without complaint. They really worked with me to improve the hardwood floor outcome, but the other oversights plus the price outweighed the benefits of their flexibility. They did a great job on bathrooms and the stove top, but overlooked a few haphazard things (the final time the bathroom floor and kitchen trash got missed entirely). On a consistent basis the sink drains in the kitchen stayed dirty (admittedly that's a gross job) and the bathroom soap dish wasn't cleaned, no dusting under the couch or under hollow-based tabletop lamps. In their defense, I have a lot of things on table tops (books, knick knacks) which I didn't expect to be moved, but a table lamp on legs with obvious dust underneath? I guess I did hope they would hit that. They were always pleasant, cheerful and prompt and again, I liked the 'green' products they used.
