The communication was terrible and I would not recommend their service. They were hired by my insurance company. The work was pretty good but they did have to return to repair some of the siding work. My neighbor also used their service and he was not pleased.

They started out well. In the last three months, nothings has been done. On August 3, I paid them $76,000 from initial insurance check. They haven't spent that amount. They completed a separate garage with a new roof, siding, and windows. They replaced the roof, siding and window on the main house, but they have failed to finish the inside of the home. The insulation, sheet rock, and other repairs (carpet, painting, gutters, etc.) are still unfisnished. They're not doing the work as promised. When I talk to them, it's one excuse after another without any results.

The man on sight who was organizing everyone listened to me like I wasn?t a person who didn?t know anything and that is what I liked about them. Then the same man who I thought was great was supposed to give us a bid to fix our chimney since it is all rotten and also for one of our window frames. However, he has never got back to us and that is the other thing that I didn?t like about them. He said that he would call the very next day and he has never done that. We haven?t followed up with him either, but I expect him to do it. However, the roofing job was great. They cleaned up really well and I have no complaints about the roofing job. They also found that the chimneys were rotten and everybody?s chimney around here is rotten. They were good and did the job in a timely manner. The price was comparable to what everybody else charges. I would use their services in the future if they get back to me.

They were very good. They worked very well with the insurance company and did a good job. We went with an upgraded duration roof; it is supposed to last a lot longer. The original roof was damaged by hail. Our roof was only four years old. The people were very courteous and they did what they said they were going to do. It only took one day to do the work. They cleaned up very well after themselves. We have only found one or two nails on the deck. There was one ridge vent on the garage that was not installed and we commented on that and they had guys take care of it right away. They took care of everything and did a good job. We didn?t get any other prices but we think it was competitive.

From the the begining they were honest and moved quickly to answer any and all questions I had. They took care of me all the way through the process. Someone was allways on site to supervise and answer any questions that I had. My main concern was the new skylight they were putting in and how they would protect it from leaking. They showed me all the pieces and how they would come together to protect my house from any water. Other defects were pointed out from the original construction (I did not build, 2nd owner). I had existing ridge vents in place, but there was no opening for the air to escape. they promptly fixed and installed the vents correctly. It was a one day job, all workers showed up when promised and they cleaned up all their trash before leaving. Four Seasons handled my insurance claim and gave me the best deal compared to other estimates. The quality of work is outstanding as the workers care about what they are doing and how it looks in the end.
