Kevin Stoner had helped us before, so when we needed to refinance to have a lower monthly payment, I emailed him again.  He contacted me within an hour, to let me know it was worth refinancing because interest rates were lower than what we had at the time.  The interest rates were going back up, however, so he locked us in at a very good rate.  
 Kevin was efficient!   He set up a secure website where we could download his list of things that he needed, and upload all the electronic documents.  It was quick and easy.  He paid attention to the small details, including the possibility that we were paying about double what other people pay for homeowners insurance, for an equivalent house (size, value).  He turned out to be right, and we cut our insurance cost in half.
First Indianapolis paid our closing costs and the title company representative came to our house to close.  
I wouldn't work with anyone else.  Kevin asks you questions to figure out what you need and what fits your situation the best.  He's efficient, professional, and responsive by both phone and email.

Not only did Jason get us the best rate, but he was absolutely on the ball with our paperwork and situation. We had to redo paperwork 3 times due to a faulty house and then closing dates being moved. He drove to my work to meet me to sign papers, he even drove to our home on the south side during the snow week, so that we could sign some papers. He was able to change all our paperwork in two days so that we could close on time. He was always available on the phone to ask questions and helped us with general questions concerning the purchasing process also. Great to work with, highly recommend.
