 + -1 moreBuild quality was good (very happy with our builder Charlie). Planned community layout is average. Floorplan options and design center selections were average to above average. They were very flexible in allowing us to modify and add to plans or available build materials (if they don't have something you want be sure to tell them and bring the issue to their attention - don't assume if they don't present the option in the design center that it is not possible). Genevieve was great to work with as the realtor. The business office and warranty office have been easy to work with. For a semi-custom builder, Drees has been great. If you are looking for the complete custom home finishing touches, you need to look for a custom builder.
Description of Work: Drees built a semi-custom home for us in 2008.
