he came out on a very short notice and fixed the problem. he worked until the problem was fixed and was very reasonable. . He fixed the problem (unclogged vent and installed a screen, snaked all pipe to sewer main, and removed blockage in sewer main). we will definitely use Jerry in the future.

This company is TOP NOTCH. Jerry actually installed all of the plumbing and well service at our home when it was constructed 23 years ago and has been our and quot;go toand quot; guy anytime we have had an issue. There have been several times that he has come out and repaired something that most would have told me I HAD to replace, which bought me some time. He has given me estimates over the last several months to do some additional work as some of the components of this system are starting to fail due to age. He will be the contractor to come and do the work. Always very friendly, willing to come out whenever necessary and to do what he can to keep it affordable. I can strongly recommend Cieslak Well and Pump.

Tried to adjust pressure in well tank bladder based on instructions found online. After doing this, pressure dropped instead of increased and we were essentially without water. Sticker on the tank had his number so I called at 9pm. He wasn't sure what it was based on phone conversation and said he would be by the next morning between 9-10, but couldn't guarantee due to previously scheduled appointments. He showed up promptly at 9am. He evaluated things, made recommendations on ways to make the system work better, future repairs that might be required, and proceeded to figure out the problem.
To make a long story short, my adjustments didn't ruin anything, but caused the filter to become clogged. Once it was replaced, it worked better than every. He taught me about the system throughout the whole process and was very helpful.
Bottom line...very knowledgable and nice man, very educational and informative, and reasonable price, especially in light of quick response. We didn't talk before hand about price as I usually do, but he was very fair.
I do plan to have him come out next year to do more work.

The owner was responsive, polite and did very thorough work. His assistant was also very polite. The cost was much, much higher than I expected and the owner should have been more up front with his costs.

At 7:30 on Saturday evening (Labor Day weekend) our water pressure began decreasing - at intervals the water just stopped running and then would start to run again. Mr. Cieslak arrived at our home at approximately 8:00 and diagnosed the problem as a failed well tank and burned out switch. He replaced the tank and fixed the switch - and we had water again by 11:00. He is an absolutely delightful man. He did an excellent job and provided very prompt and professional service. I highly recommend him.

I have no doubt that Mr. Cieslak did quality work at my home but his fees were OUTRAGEOUS! He charges $70 an hour, is VERY slow and is happy to talk to you for as long as you like but, remember, you are paying him $70 an hour for every minute he is at your home whether he is working or talking. When it was all said and done, I felt very taken advantage of. He refuses to give an estimate so having him work for you is like handing him your checkbook.

JERRY IS A MAN OF CHARACTER AND HONOR. HE IS ABSOLUTELY HONEST AND TO BE TRUSTED. HE DOES QUALITY WORK, AND BECAUSE HE DOES THINGS ON TIME AND MATERIAL, IS LESS THAN MOST PEOPLE THAT CHARGE A FLAT FEE FOR JOBS.

MR. CIESLAK FOLLOWED-UP WITH A PHONE CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. NOT ONLY DOES HE PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE,BUT IS VERY THOROUGH IN THE WORK HE PERFORMS. HE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. VERY THOROUGH.
