They were great. From the estimate process to keeping us informed during the repair - even to finishing the job much earlier than expected -- all with a quality outcome. We were very satisfied.

I brought my car in for an estimate to remove what I thought was a big scratch. The appointment was easy to make and only one day out. He checked out the car---took out a cloth and wiped out the tar, which I thought was a scratch. No charge---and they couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely use them in the future!

They were very nice and accommodating. They worked around my schedule and kept me up to date throughout the process. They were very quick to get my rental car right away when i needed it. I realized they hadn't replaced the front license plate bracket so I called and the lady in the office was very apologetic for forgetting to discuss this with me (as to if I wanted it put on or not) and said that I could come by any time and they would put it on for me. No complaints, they made everything a very smooth process!

They're very courteous and with very good customer service. We actually did have an issue where the doors wouldn't lock after we had the car. I had to bring it back to have that locking rod adjusted or reset but honestly their customer service was very good and very apologetic and even though that was frustrating, they took care of it appropriately. They worked it out with my insurance company and we weren't responsible for anything.

The job went well. There was a little bit of lead time to get in but once we got it in there, everything went as scheduled. It was in and out within the time they said it would be. The schedule was as they said it would. All the payments were through the insurance so we didn't have to deal with that. I was pretty satisfied with them.

They were great from the very beginning which started with a quote. I thought their price was good and they offer a lifetime guarantee of satisfaction for their work. When I dropped off my car to have the work done, I pointed out some small things that I would like for them to address in addition to the scheduled work. They took care of that with no extra charge. I felt the result of the work was perfect and I consider myself to be a picky customer. On top of doing great work at a good price they were kind to work with as well and had great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Car significantly damaged due to 04/1013 hail storm. Received settlement check from insurance carrier and brought car into shop on 5/13 for repair. Before I even handed over the keys, counter service person said that they would find additional damage and would need a supplemental payment from insurer. There was additional damage found and the insurer then elected to total the car and issue a settlement check to me directly.
A Church Brothers representative call me on 5/17 and stated that they would be unable to go forward with the repairs as they would not work on totaled cars as a matter of policy, even though through the insurance settlement and a minimal out-of-pocket amount I could cover the entire cost of the repair. It was only at this point that I learned that the hail damage repair specialists were not employees of Church Brothers and that Church Brothers would not stand behind their efforts in any event.
Although I was very upset by this information, I was told that I could contract with the hail damage repair specialists directly even though Church Brothers was only "loaning" them workspace in their shop. I left my number to be called, and after two more days passed, I received a voice message on my cell from a Detroit, MI number. On 5/24, rather than dealing with these "stormchasers", I then decided to retrieve my car and take it to another local shop, Borkowski Collision Repair in Fishers, who I would highly recommend for their courtesy and professionalism. They tried to talk me out of the repair altogether, and when I insisted I wanted to go ahead, they suggested I only repair the most highly visible damage as this would save me some cost and even though this meant they would earn less money.
As a result of this "bait and switch" tactic I had to keep a rental car much longer than I had intended and pay additional dollars out of pocket. After again conferring with my insurance agent, I ultimately decided not to repair the car and I'll continue to drive it as is.
I will never use Church Brothers again.

One of our cars got terrible hail damage in April. I looked at Angie's List and found them to have good reviews and relatively close to us, so my husband took the car in to have them looked at it. The guys there were really friendly. They took a long time, explained how they fix things in detail, gave my husband a tour of the shop, and even demoed how they pulled the dents out. We were definitely going to use them if it was not later in the weekend, someone offered to buy our car (with all the dents!) at a price we couldn't turn down. So we sold the car, but the way Church Brothers treated their potential customer still deserves a good review.

Response from Church Brothers Collision-Zionsville
"We have reviewed (Member's name removed) concern with the amount of his estimate for proposed body work. In reviewing our photos of the scratches on his fender and hood, we believe that our estimate is appropriate and in line with repair procedures used at most high quality body shops. There are no gaskets or seals on his estimate, but we do always remove any adjacent moldings or headlights in the process of paintwork to eliminate any chance of the clear-coat peeling. Since we guarantee our workmanship for as long as the customer owns their vehicle, these are necessary procedures recommended by every major paint manufacturer, and critical for maintaining a lifetime warranty. We do understand and appreciate that customers have a choice. If there was a misunderstanding that Church Brothers is an insurance-only shop, I apologize and will clarify that we do a large number of customer pay and fleet repairs. There will always be shops that do less expensive or quicker repairs but as always, our goal is a high quality repair done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost with workmanship guaranteed as long as you own your vehicle."

Very friendly. They kept in contact with me at all times. We had a little trouble with the insurance company that the lady had that hit me, but they ended up covering all of it.

We took the car in for an estimate and scheduled a date to bring it in for repair. They provided a rental car to use while the work was being done. They kept us informed of the progress being made via email, including photos of the repair. The work was completed on schedule and we feel the they did a great job.
I felt the price was high for the small amount of damage done to the bumper - mainly scratches, but we weren't required to get competitive pricing, so the price may be in line with others. The other party's insurance company paid for the repairs.

I was very pleased with Church Brothers. While I elected not to have the minor damage repaired there (or anywhere else), Church Brothers took very good care of me. I found them to be friendly and professional. I specifically want to mention that the manager who was helping at that location (David?) helped me get to another location when I ended up at their business with both a rental car and my own vehicle. He followed me to another location in Zionsville and then gave me a ride back to Church Brothers to retrieve the second vehicle. He didn't have to do this, but he kindly did it anyway. From what I saw, yes, I would definitely go back to Church Brothers in the future. Keep up the good work!

I had two doors painted on my 2012 Toyota Sienna at another body shop in Washington DC a couple of months ago. I come to find out that the weather stripping on my sliding door was broken when they pulled it off to paint the door and glued on instead of clamped on like it should have been afterwards. I took it to Church Brothers for an estimate. Sandy Gay the customer service rep told me it would be a simple procedure to get it replaced. I ordered the part at Toyota and brought it over. Bob the rep the day took my car in and had his techs replace it in less than 10 minutes. The door and window look brand new again. The best part about it was that Bob didn't charge me a cent even though he easily could have charged me 20-30 dollars for the service.
This is the 5th or sixth time I've taken my cars to Church Brothers. They really do treat their customers well. They do excellent work and I will never take my car to another place again.
