Dennis is very responsive and professional. We are very pleased with the work.

He was able to fix the leak. We had the sunroom built around four years and it was always leaking. He was able to finally fix the problem. After the many down pours over the past weeks I can confirm that it is fixed.

He said he would stop by the house and bring the tools that he would need. He kept his word and fixed the vent. There are still people in the world that want to help people in true need.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome. We love the sun tunnels. Dennis talked us out of several of them because they were nearly impossible to place where we wanted them. The only problem we had was 2 leaks that required small portions of drywall be replaced, along with a small section of wall paper (leaks were stopped, and these repairs done with no additional charge). He also had the dining room floor totally refinished because one of the leaks led to discoloration of a corner of the wood floor. Despite these leaks, we were very pleased with the overall quality of the work, and also very pleased with Dennis' diligence in making it all perfect.

They were very responsive. They came the next day and the cost was in line with what I was thinking of paying. They were in and out and got the job done. The leak has not come back so we are happy.

They were thorough, friendly and easy to work with.

Both Dennis (on the phone) and Calvin (in person) were very professional, cordial, and fair. Calvin was apologetic about having to charge me the minimum $150.00 for the little work he did, but I felt that his work and the peace of mind I now have about our roof, were worth it. Calvin said the roof looks good - suggested starting to look for signs that the tiles are curling in about 2 to 3 years, especially just after winter. He mentioned the algae growth on the roof, and said it's popular (but expensive) to clean it off, and said he didn't recommend the cleaning. He said we have 2 layers of tiles now, and will need, by law, to have both removed when we replace the roof. He recommends that even if there's just one layer, because then they can look for structural damage in the walls. The company responded so quickly, the employees were so professional and fair. I will call them when we need to have our roof replaced.

They are very dependable and professional. I know that when I call they will come out immediately and take care of the problem.

All in all, we are very pleased with their work and would recommend them for a skylight installation. We've since had rainy, snowy weather so no more grabbing a towel or bucket to catch the drops. Good job.

Dennis was fair and honest in his assessment and plan for the problem. He was a little reluctant to commit to a job date but with a couple of phone calls we were able to agree on a date. This job was done in late spring so we will see if the repair was successful when winter weather arrives.

Estimate and work completion very timely. Dennis Coffey and his colleague were very helpful, flexible and professional. Thoroughly explained project and costs, very easy to work with and down to earth. We plan to use this company for other projects.

They did a wonderful job and they made the process very easy.

Dennis is a very nice man who is, by his own admission, a little too busy. It took 2 to 3 weeks after our initial contact for him to just get to the house to look at it and give me an estimate for the repairs. It was then almost another month before the work was actually done. In fairness to him, he did warn me upfront that they were very busy. He does seem to have done a good job, but if you are needing work done quickly, you might want to consider looking elsewhere.

We bought a home that we like to call "the money pit." It's extremely reminiscent of that movie. One of the "pits" was the skylight in our master bathroom. The single, oversized skylight was directly over a jacuzzi tub. We got several estimates. We asked each contractor what the pros and cons would be to #1-replace the skylight with another the same size (it'd be a custom order job) or #2-replace that one with 3 smaller ones, which would entail framing for each, etc. Dennis was the only one to give me the pros and cons of both. The other contractors just told me which choice they'd do...they didn't leave the choice up to us. Dennis and his son, and then Bruce, who did the finish painting, were all very easy to work with. All were very polite, respectful and considerate of the work environment. They left no mess behind whatsoever...just an awesome looking trio of skylights. I thank them for one less "pit" to worry about now!

Their work was excellent and their demeanor was wonderful. They answered all the questions we could ask. It is the first it we had used them and we were very impressed.

Dennis the owner and his son Dennis were wonderful. They were always in contact before, during and after the job was done. His crew was extremely professional and pleasant. My roof looks WONDERFUL, my house looks like a new house. Clean up was perfect and Dennis Sr. came out after they were done to make sure all debris was cleaned up.

When they replaced the roof the skylight had to be replaced as well. It looks as wonderful as the roof, Dennis and his son Dennis came out at a time that was convenient for me so they could finish the inside part of the skylight after the roof was done. They moved some furniture and put everything back when they were done. They are both a pleasure to work with and true professionals.

I called Dennis and he was out to give me an estimate within the hour. The work was completed the next day. He was very courteous.

The crew was very well supervised and efficient. The clean-up was excellent. They worked quickly and effectively. My only small complaint was learning about the seemingly high prices of some extra parts of the job when receiving the bill, and not having them discuss the prices before the work was done. Dennis Coffey, his son, and the foreman are easy to work with and are trustworthy, "good guys."

Dennis and Tom approached this job in a very professional manner. They kept us abreast of any problems they encountered. They arrived when they said they would and they completed the job on schedule. I would definitely use their services in the future.

THEY FOUND THE LEAK WITHIN 10 MINUTES, ABOVE THE WINDOW WHERE THE BRICK MEETS THE WINDOW THERE WAS A GAP. THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR THE WATER TO GO, SO IT CAME IN AND RAN DOWN THE WINDOW. THEY FIXED THE LEAK THAT HAD LEAKED FOR TWO YEARS!!!

THEY MAY NOT BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT HE HAS THE BEST VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT LEAK DETECTION. GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS AND IS THERE WHEN HE SAYS HE'LL BE THERE.
