BRICKMAN GROUP

They are hired through my home owner's association. They rush through the job every time. They have damaged my siding while weed eating. Although they damaged it, they did have a supervisor come out. They did pay to fix the siding. The siding is very low to the grass, so it is bad that the builder put it so low down because it makes it hard to weed eat. They have destroyed some of my neighbors plants. I have now put plants all around the side of my house so that they are not weed eating close to the building. They are also not very good at blowing off the grass clippings.

I offer two reviews - one good, one not.
First the good:  We hired Brickman to maintain the landscaping at my office - grass cutting, fertilizing, etc. in 2012 and 2013, and they did a great job - we were very pleased. Pricing was reasonable, and the work was done well.
And the bad: This year I did not hear from them about a renewal. I contacted their office on April 28 and on May 5, asking what we needed to do to get signed up for this year. Both times I was told that the person who handles our area (Carmel) would call me, but it's now 11 days since my first call and no one has called.
I am extremely disappointed in their failure to follow up on my calls. I know they still work in Carmel, as I see them working on the property directly across the street from my office.
We would be happy to use them again, but they don't appear to be interested.

They are terrific. I know the manager and the guys did a great job and they were on time. They did a great job.
