I had Bone Dry come out to replace my roof and as part of that job, they were to replace my gutters.  I had my roof replaced on Tuesday and gutters were scheduled for Thursday.
On Thursday a crew came out to replace my gutters.  I was surprised to see that the truck with J.R.P. construction printed on the side.  I figured Bone Dry sub-contracted the job out to them.  They immediately started beating, twisting and hammering my old gutters off.  What they failed realize, in their haste, was my new gutter aprons installed by the roofing crew just two days earlier were nailed to the inside of the gutters!  They were tearing off my new gutter aprons!  They also seemed to care more about speed and the heat than my two day old roof.  They climbed onto my brand new roof on a 102 degree day to get more leverage to remove my second story gutters!  These gutters can be reached by ladder alone.  I quickly called the Bone Dry gutter division manager, Don, and explained to him the situation.  He called the crew and told them to stop, cleanup, and leave.  He then came to my house to inspect the damage.  He found all of my new gutter aprons were bent beyond repair, at least six of my new shingles were damaged, and there was a broken facsia board.  He took pictures of everything and assured me that everything would be corrected the following day.
On Friday, which another record heat day, Don and a different crew, this time a Bone Dry crew, came to fix everything that was damaged and install the new gutters.  They were true to their word.  They repaired everything and installed the new gutters.  The new gutters and repairs look good.  This crew cared about doing a good job and properly fixing things.
I am now pleased with my new gutters and the repairs the second crew performed.  I understand that sometime things happen.  The most important thing to me is not that the issues occurred, but Bone Dry acknowledged the problems and corrected them very quickly.  Some companies might have tried to hide the damage, refuse to fix the damage, or even blame damages on someone or something else.  Bone Dry truly understands customer satisfaction and cares about retaining customers.
I think with a minor change to their communication or process, they can avoid issues like mine in the future.  If the roofers knew I was getting new gutters, they could have removed the gutters the same day the roof was replaced.  If the gutter crew would have also taken more time the damage might not have occurred.
I will use Bone Dry again for other needs, but I will be more cautious of any sub-contractors they might use.

The gutter guard was not completely finish 2 years ago. We just found out and called them to finish the job.  My husband called and talked to Mr. Peters, who said they would be out right away.   It has now been over 2 months and they have not called or come to visit the job.  I had to hire Roof Cleaning Plus, Lebanon, IN to have my gutters cleaned.   He only charged us $285 and Bone Dry said it was going cost over $900.  I decided to have Roof Cleaning Plus to finish the job because I could not get Bone Dry to come out to help finish what started 2 years ago.
Response from BDR Gutters Inc
"This client contacted Don Peters, Bone Dry Roofing’s gutter manager on 3/21/2012, in regards to having a company out to clean his gutters. Upon inspection he informed Bone Dry that they noticed there were 2 or 3 sections of screens missing on the south side of the house. Don Peters then informed him that Bone Dry would have the gutter crew come out and replace the missing screens. Don Peters sent the gutter crew to the client's home on 4/4/2012 to install the missing screens and inspect the other gutters to make sure everything was in order. The crew then contacted Don Peters and asked if someone else had come over and installed the screens from Bone Dry Roofing, because all the screens were in place. Don Peters has since called the client twice, leaving voice mails each time trying to determine where he felt the issues were and that no screens appeared to be out of place. Since April 4th, Bone Dry has received no returned calls from him."

One of them has already fallen off, which wasn't there fault. They were very nice about it. They were all very young, which wasn't a bad thing.

This company is, I believe, a division of Bone Dry. Scotts Watkins was here several times and provided a complete estimate of siding and gutters. The siding project is a separate report under Bone Dry Interiors & Exteriors. When siding project was completed, the gutter crew arrived on time. They installed leaf and debris gutter guards on the second story roof. The replaces all gutters on the first floor roof and replaced all downspouts. They completed the project in several hours and completely cleaned up after themselves. I have to admit that while the two person crew looked extremely young they were thoroughly professional. The gutters look great and I will never have to clean the second story gutters again.

Trying to schedule an appointment with this company was like pulling teeth. The gutter reroute (arguably the simpler job) went just fine and I am satisfied. The new gutter was pitched incorrectly, so I had to call them back to re-pitch it. (To be fair, my roof has a significant sag, so attaining the correct pitch is not a trivial matter.) Rather than scheduling an appointment with me, they simply sent a service person unannounced to correct the work. I was away at work at the time, so could not oversee anything. Afterwards, the gutter was still not pitched correctly, so I had to call them back. Again, they sent someone with no warning. This time, I was home and discovered the gentleman on my property and thought he was a trespasser! I think he finally got it right, but only with my careful insistence and oversight.

Excellent. They were neat and clean and the job looks great. The color was EXACTLY the same as the color sample they showed us and was what we wanted and expected.

Dan came to our house to give a free estimate. He was on time, professional, and didn't waste any time. It was pretty obvious that our house was in desparate need of new gutters and he was able to show me colors right away. Further, he provided me with several options accompanied with varied pricing. The installers came the following week. They were on time. I didn't have much contact with them but they seemed okay. The gutters were completely installed by the time I came home from work. They look great and work well. There was one piece of the job that they did not do according to my direction. When I called BDR and asked them to come out and re-do that one piece, they were cheerful and had someone at my house within two days. The issue is resolved.

They were trustworthy, competent and punctual. They scoped the job well and provided a good estimate. They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they were going to do it. They did what they said what they were going to do for the price they said they would do it.

Very well. Crew showed up on time and prepared. Foreman stopped by with replacement materials (job order change recommended by vendor due to product performance observations in field). Removal/installation completed in one day. Job site cleaned up.

It is very hard to know when they are coming because they dont call back. Their quality of work is excellent. Their pick up of debris is fair.
