I worked with Nate and he was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I felt like he really had my best interest at heart. I would use Arrow Construction for anything home related!

They replaced an old shingle roof with a new metal roof. They showed up with samples and walked me through the process. Looks good and no leaks!!

Everything went well. He was able to help with the claim and get the work done promptly despite some continued poor weather.

We called arrow with some concerns about our roof after a recent storm. They came out and completed an inspection and informed us that we had enough damage to contact our insurance company. They sent someone out to meet our insurance adjuster. They got up on the roof with them. The insurance company paid for a new roof and gutters, which Arrow installed. We had an issue with a storm door not shutting. I asked the salesman about it. He fixed it for free during the final walk through. Overall I was a pretty happy camper.

What a great company!  Lots of wind damage in our subdivision.  We had only been in our new home for 17 months and didn't know anyone who could do this repair.  Arrow Construction to the rescue !!  They were prompt and professional with the repair.  The only "complaint" (if you would call it a complaint) is that we would like to pay them but haven't received a bill.  Other than that, nothing but great things to say about this company and their work. Would definitely use their service again if needed and would readily recommend them to friends and family.

Great communication. Showed up on time with a comprehensive quote. Walked the property, made selections and we inked the deal. Very trustworthy! I am using them for several projects.

Last year we tried to file an insurance claim for our roof and we were denied. We were the only house on our street that hadn't received a new roof due to storm damage over the last couple of years. We called Arrow because they repaired two of our neighbors homes last fall. They sent someone out to meet our insurance company and then climbed up on the roof with them. They roof was approved for a full replacement! They did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Our roof was done in one day. Clean up was excellent. Two days later gutters were installed. When the final bill came it was the same as the insurance money. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a roof or having trouble with their insurance company.

Due to bad weather, we had a difficult time connecting, initially.  However, Keith responded to every message I left and was very professional.  Eventually, there was a break in the weather and Keith completed the job in a timely manner, as promised.  When the time comes that I need a new roof, Keith will be my roofing contractor of choice.  Very satisfied!

Jason, the tech that came by lives just a couple of doors down from me.  He gave the roof a thorough inspection, and found some issues that were outside of the scope of the deal I had purchased.  He gave me pricing on some other work I plan to have them complete later.

Keith Hensley, Arrow Construction owner, came out and gave us an estimate for installing a new roof in late 2014.
 We'd previously had a home inspection by an independent inspector who had identified some areas of concern to the roof area, in addition to replacing the roof.  It wasn't the cheapest quote, but it wasn't the most expensive one either, and Keith was so responsive and patient with us, we decided to go with Arrow.
The work started when he said it would. Keith and his crew arrived early each day, and took care of all the issues found by the inspector. Then they removed all of the old decking from the roof, put on new, heavier duty decking, and installed a new roof. The work was beautiful, and they cleaned up thoroughly each day. Total time spent was about four and a half days.
Several months later, when it rained really hard, we discovered that a leak on our screen porch was still there.  We called
Keith and he came right out and made sure the leak was taken care of.  We thought this was exceptional and very responsive service, but I just kept forgetting to review him on Angie's list.
However, in December of this year, I noticed that one of the skylights in my upstairs bath was leaking.  I called Keith, and he was out the next day to check it out.  The skylights were pretty old, and so I didn't expect him to do any work for free, but he repaired it and didn't even charge us!  Then he came out two days later to repair and paint the woodwork inside the house around the leak ? again at no charge.
Even using Angie's list, I sure don't find this kind of quality, professionalism, or dedication from many service providers these days,  so I just had to write a review and share my experience with others.
 I would use Arrow construction for any remodeling or construction project
we ever do.

The leak stopped, and then reappeared six months later.  Contacted them to see if they would take another look (wasn't expecting for free necessarily).  Almost two weeks have gone by and haven't heard anything.  A little disappointed.

They did an outstanding job on the roof. They were prompt, fair, and thorough.

Keith fixed the leak!  He said to wait and see if that works before doing additional work, which would have been a $1000+ job.  Keith is a super trustworthy man who did not take advantage of us by saying  we needed a new roof, but rather fixed the leak by nailing down some flashing. He even took a picture of the area that was causing the leak and showed it to us on his phone.

I had 3 estimates and went with the middle estimate.  They showed up on time, did a good job, and did an excellent job cleaning up.

Little disappointed, were suppose to send pictures. Had 5 shingles missing was going to cost $300 to replace.

Outstanding as always. Found the leak and fixed it. Keith does great work!

We first contacted Arrow Construction about 3 years ago because a shingle blew off of our home.  They came out and inspected the roof for damage and fixed the shingle for for free.  They said the roof was starting to show wear and it would need replaced in 3 to 5 years.  While trying to sell our house, the inspector informed us when whe were trying to sell our house in March that we needed a new roof due to storm damage from last spring. 
Arrow Construction came out and handled the insurance claim and replaced our roof all within 2 weeks to avoid any delays at closing.  They couldn't have been more helpful thoughtout the process and I will definately use them in the future.
