The only thing that was completed was the tuck pointing of the brick, but the brick was not sealed. Bill is very persuasive and also very sincere and states that he is a Christian company. The brick work by the subcontractors was completed just fine but the Bill's business practices were not so good such as the follow up. The work was started on June 14th and with weather permitting was supposed to be completed in two weeks. The work is still not completed. Don't give him money until the work is completed.
