AAA Mailbox & Post

I called AAA Mailbox and Post, and discussed the price of a box and post selected from online photos and the time frame for the work to be. Everything was agreeable and the installation was set to take place within the next two weeks (owing to the warm winter we were having, the post hole could be dug -- by hand -- before any cold fronts or hard-freeze weather might come through the area). In the meantime a "portable" but very utilitarian mailbox was set up so that we might get mail delivered. Everything went as planned. All very efficient and professional. The box and post are classic, sturdy, well-constructed, and very attractive.

Was able to get a new mailbox installed in just a couple days, AAA worked me into there schedule as they were going to be in my neighborhood. Installed and perfect. Easy to work with via email. The mailbox still looks brand new. The 35.00 charge to install seemed reasonable. I recommend AAA mailbox.

Was responsive during initial contact. Said he couldn't get to me until Monday of the following week. Didn't show up until Thursday of the following week and didn't bother to call and let me know. Post seems fine, install seems fine, but he should have called to let me know he wasn't going to be able to keep his schedule.

Overall, the service was great. They were very professional and prompt. I would give them all A's.

Great! Called and was immediately emailed information. They were patient while we discussed the options etc. Installation was fast and it looks really nice.

I called Joe Peeler, who is the owned, requesting information about a new post and mailbox he had installed at other residences on my street. He said he would be in my neighborhood to see which model I was referring and call me back. He didn't call for about a week, so I called him and left a message that I wanted the unit installed. Joe called me back right away to sat the post and box had been ordered and would be installed soon. They were within a couple of days. The gentleman who installed the unit did a professional job and I am happy with post and mailbox.

He fixed it up beautifully. He's a very nice person. My husband remarked that it sounded like I was talking to a long lost friend. He worked very hard and got it done, he called the city to let them know, and it looks great.

It is still standing and it looks like new. It looks like the best one on the block, and I was very happy with them.

Communication was great from the start. Used their website to select post and mailbox style. Corresponded via email to make selections, approve estimates and schedule installation. We were kept up to date at each step.

Great. Stopped by with estimate within two days. Two days later they installed a LOANER mailbox for free. (I didn't even know that existed!) The new box with custom lettering and new post looks awesome. We have overheard people on our street commenting on how great it looks.

My original phone contact was informative, complete, and I placed an order for a new post at that time. The young man arrived, we discussed the location of the new post, he showed me the new post and explained what he would do. He was very efficient and finished quickly. I laughed when I found his card in the mailbox: (His name), PHD (Post Hole Digger)!

Fine job, looks great. Came quickly to set temporary post. Not cheap, but these posts are large and custom design.
