Steve and the team did an outstanding job. His work was the highest quality and the supplies he used were excellent. He was very fair in his pricing and was such a joy to work with. The crew were just as high quality as Steve is. Things went so well I asked him back this morning to do a small project for us. We have already recommended him to our friends. I cannot say enough about Schell Construction. I would say if you are in the Muncie area Steve is your man!!!!

He installed low quality items and materials. The work is sloppy. I lived in Ohio and would come to town every 2 weeks to check on what was going on. I've been in touch with the sheriff, the Delaware country prosecutor, and Channel 6. The Attorney General has decided to take on the case as a mediation. He's left unfinished, poor low quality work and has disappeared with the money. I've done my own investigation and two other businesses have told me that he's done the same thing to him. They haven't pursued any legal matters because it's too costly and too time consuming. I'm now left holding the back with and trying to recoup my $69,000.00. This man is a scam.

Fantastic--Steve Schell and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing my roof problem and repairing it. Then he repaired the interior damage. The paint, which I provided, didn't match exactly so Steve painted entire walls at no extra cost. I could not have asked for more in a contractor.

Requested a written estimate from Schell Construction to transform the dirty, dark back area of the garage (which was the laundry area) into a room that will have lots of storage and provide a separation from the garage to an actual room for the laundry area as well as kitchen overflow storage and a mud room since you can enter from either the outside deck or the garage. Schell Construction framed a room, drywalled, trimmed, painted, installed melamine shelves, a new door in the new entrance way from the garage and new lighting, vented dryer, installed heat vent, wire shelving for clothes to hang and beautiful laminate dark wood vinyl flooring. We are very pleased with the work. This is our third remodel job from Schell Construction.

Steve is a neighbor and I contacted him through his wife, whom I work with at BSU. He came over to the house to look at the little bathroom and gave us some ideas. He gave us a fair price quote and we went to Lowe's to pick out a vanity top. He completed the work within two days and it is lovely. I never thought I would like my little bathroom, but I prefer it now to the larger one in the house.
