it went great. jeff was very prompt, good advice, met our needs and installed them very well. he even solved a small problem with the window "cranks" without any involvement from us which my busy schedule appreciated. will use this company again (and that says alot!).

They were all back ordered longer than they expected, and the company gave me a $300 credit for having to wait for so long. Jeff came out and installed the blinds perfectly and he kept informed throughout the whole process. He also gave me temporary blinds in the mean time.
