Steve was extremely personable, thorough and communicative on the whole process. He showed up on time and did not rush the inspection. I felt that he was honest on the insight he could provide. Since I'm not local, it was great to have someone be so responsive to my questions and flexible with scheduling. I will definitely hire again in the future.
