Critter Control of Fort Wayne

I have specifically read through your contract and it states "this does not guarantee the capture of the animals, rather it ensures that animals have vacated the structure." We are at 6 months of dealing with the same problem. We are more than disappointed in the waste of our time and money using your service.

Surprisingly well. They communicated well with us. When we called to report a trap had a capture they respond quickly. The technicians were courteous and asked me my wishes regarding the animals. Although they do not guarantee the work, it has been successful.

They were polite and did a good job. They were also very accommodating to my kids, who had lots of questions for them.

They called ahead, they were on time. They always explained thoroughly what they were doing. They responded in a timely manner to call backs. They were courteous and always asked our opinion of how we wanted the animals treated.

Staff continues to visit the estate on a regular basis.

The cat went into our garage and so they took it. They did a very thogouh job. They looked at every angle. They were punctual and they got the job done.

Just the drive over is $159.00. I thought I had birds in attic but I didn't--they were just gettiing between siding and wall of house. When the young man said $120.00 I thought he had reduced price due to so little work involved. But no, the $120.00 was in addition to the $159.00. I could have understood a higher fee if any critters like raccoons or even the birds had to be caught or dealt with, but to charge me $279.00 for less than an hour's work and a drive over is just taking advantage of folks who are afraid.

He sprayed for bugs. First time he had problems with the schedule and could not make the set appointment. Then he did not come back for the follow up treatments as promised.

I called Critter Control on June 26th (very late in the afternoon) and explained to them we had noticed about 3 weeks prior the sound of a bird coming from our upstairs bathroom vent fan and now from this bathroom vent fan maggots were now falling onto our bathroom floor. Critter Control was able to send a tech out the very next day, remove the bird, maggots and clean the area. They also were able to find the spot where the birds were coming in and removed the nest and sealed the area so that no further birds could gain entry into our attic. The tech was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an animal removed from their home.

After moving into an older home in the central city, I found three large holes, near the foundation of the house and garage where animals had been burrowing. I called Critter Control - they returned my call promptly, came out the next day to set live traps, and then came back three times to remove two raccoons and an oppossum. They were prompt and courteous. Their representative did do an assessment of the home, pointing out some areas of concern, but there was absolutely no pressure and it was informative and helpful. I was charged $149 for the initial visit and set-up and then $49 for each animal they removed. After a period of time with no more animals trapped, they came to remove the traps and closed up the holes.

They first came for an estimate and then they performed the work. They charge around $50 per animal. They know what they are doing but they are expensive.

They only work during the week and not on holidays. The won't set a trap if they can't come back in the next couple of days. It's because of the Indiana laws. We would call them again, but we would probably look around first.

I called early on 6/5/12 and it's 6/7/12 and I'm still waiting on a return phone call. Very unprofessional. At the same time, I called another company, American Animal Control. I also left a message and had a return phone call within an hour. They were at my house within 2 hours of the initial phone call. They took care of the problem within 2 hours of my call. I'm still waiting on a return phone call from Critter Control, 2 days later. I would not use them.

There were annoying noises in the ceiling and walls. I called Critter Control and they came the next day. Havahart traps were placed in two locations on the roof. The mother red squirrel was caught and removed two days later. Within the next week four young ones were caught and removed. During the week a gray squirrel and a chipmunk were also caught. Since we believed that they were not the attic culprits they were released immediately. After assuring that all noises had ceased, the access holes were closed and secured.

They were very responsive and the technician they sent out gave very good explanations on everything.

Critter control arrived promptly and we walked them through property, after discussing the problem we decided on a course of action. They have been unlikely within their checks. They were very polite, very professional and courteous. I felt very confident in their service.

Apparently, I had already gotten all the flying squirrels and we did not catch anymore. The rodenticide should solve future mouse problems. I was surprised to find that we also had bats, but Ryan told me to wait until we have the house re-roofed this spring or summer so that the bat-proofing is not undone by the roofers. He also gave me some free tips that will help in deciding on a roofing company. I was very pleased overall with the service, and at the moment, no more scritching and bumping in the attic at night! I would recommend Critter Control to anyone with critter problems.

They caught the raccoons and were very professional. I thought they did a great job. I no longer have a raccoon problem. I am very happy and satisfied they took care of my problem.
