 + -1 moreHe is really great. If it's an emergency, he'll be out as soon as he can. He is reasonable in his rates. He is very knowledgeable and he does good work. If he's running late, he will call me and let me know. He put my furnace in five years ago. He's a good guy who will do what it takes to get the job done.
