 + -1 moreI called Tony's pool service to come out and give me an estimate on installing a salt system. She told me her husband would come by the next day and check it out. I called the next day to find out what happened but didn't receive a response. i called again the following day and left a message. I didn't hear anything back from them. i find this rude and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I hired Tony's Pool Service to open my pool for the season. This is my 2nd year in my house and having a pool is still very new to me. When I called the office Melissa answered and was very friendly from the start, which really warmed me up to her. We talked in length and I decided to set up an appointment. Melissa, Tony (her husband) and another man (another family member, sorry I forget his name!) came out on time and ready to go. Last year I noticed that the liner had started to come undone in a small section of the pool and this year it got worse. They were able to actually FIX this without me having to worry about replacing the liner. I was so thrilled and the job they did to fix my liner is flawless, it looks GREAT. They took my pool cover with them to clean it and dry it and dropped it back off rolled up really tight which I thought was really nice. They also offer to store your cover, but I opted to just have mine back. They educated me that the filter being used was too small so going off of this information I purchased a new filter and they installed it for me. What a difference that made! Each time they worked on my pool they also vacuumed it. Melissa was really great in showing me how to work my pump and the proper steps to take in vacuuming. Tony even left me with some extra pieces to use when I backwash.

 + -1 moreWe had a few come out and give us estimates. We were very happy with him. He gave us some options that others didn't give and said we had to do something that would have been much more expensive. He was very professional. We were concerned about the options and asked if he had other clients that he had done that with. He gave us some names and we had a look at the pools. They were all very happy with him and said that he did a good job. They said that he did it three years ago and that it's still holding up well. He was very customer focused, friendly and helpful. We just had it done so right now it looks wonderful.
Description of Work: We used Tony's Pool Service in September to replace our pool and some of the concrete around it as well.

 + -1 moreHave been using Tony for last 5 or 6 years. He and Melissa are wonderful. They are always responsive and on time. The workmanship is always perfect. They even go beyond the call on more than a few occassions. They have done various work and replaced equipment as needed. The price is always well worth the quality and the professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone.
