About us

Our company specializes in in-home estate tag sales. We are proud to be an Associate Member of the American Society of Estate Liquidators. We'll meet with you and listen to your needs. Many times our clients are facing a difficult time with many decisions to make and our goal is to make it as simple as possible for you. Our qualified staff will prepare your items for sale by researching, staging, pricing and tagging them. We'll advertise your sale and make sure all sale items have been removed from the home at the end of the sale. We use a barcoded system that tracks the items sold, which enables us to give you an itemized sale settlement for all sold items and the value of items you may choose to donate after the sale. You'll recieve the payment of your sale within five business days.

Having an estate sale on-site will bring in more money from the sale of personal property than by any other means of liquidation. We offer free consultation and professionally handle all the aspects of your estate sale - preparation, advertising, selling the items and removal of items you may want to donate when the sale is over.

My mother and I hired Jim and Lynn to handle the estate sale for my mom's home. I live out of State and, after meeting them, felt they were the perfect people to protect my mother's best interests with regards to the treasures she'd accumulated over a lifetime. They exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond. My mother will refer them to members of her church, friends and family. Not only are they consummate professionals, they are world class people.

Jim and Lynn could not have been more professional and compassionate. We had two households from family members who had recently passed away and it was overwhelming. We called Gentry Lane and were treated with respect and compassion from the first phone call. They were so respectful of us, our family items...I can’t say enough about their service. I will recommend them any chance I get. They know their business and they set fair prices on our items. The house looked like what my mother would have wanted her own little shop to look like when they finished with the set up. It was an emotional time for my family and the Gentry’s were very understanding.
