TDS was our phone and internet provider. When we dropped the phone service, they said they'd credit our internet account with money we paid for the phone. They didn't. It took hours on hold (so long the hold music stopped) to get to customer service supervisors on two different occasions. Both assured us it was resolved. New bill statement came, still not correct! After a third call, they said a third party mailed a debit card for a refund. They connected me to the third party, who said the card had been used in FL. I live in IN! TDS said it was my problem and that I had to fill out a fraud form with the third party. I didn't even know the card had been sent and don't know who the third party provider is. TDS is NOT a take care of your customer kind of company. They're the ONLY provider in my area. Good thing or they'd be out of business!

I can't complain about the quality. Their website is cluttered with junk. You have to wait on the line for a long time before they accommodate you.

BILLED FOR OVER 100.00 IN LONG DISTANCE CHARGES FROM SPRINT EVEN THOUGH I HAD A FREEZE FOR A DIFFERENT LONG DISTANCE PROVIDER. TDS THREATENED TO DISCONNECT ME IF I DIDNT PAY. ANY LONG DISTANCE PROBLEMS ARE NEVER THEIR PROBLEM. EVEN THOUGH THEY BILL YOU.
