Stay away!! We hired Sooner on the recommendation of someone. His bid came in the same as another contractor, so the price was fair. They were hired to remodel kitchen, baths, flooring, paint and drywall. We also opened up a few walls. He told us the project would take 5-6 weeks, same as the other contractor. We were 15 weeks in and still not even close to being finished. On top of being way behind, the quality of the work was awful. I will load some pictures if I can. You can see several drywall seems, the painting was terrible. We have all new trim in the house, and the painters got wall paint all over it. They did not fill he nail holes correctly, and they can all be seen. We asked for 1/16 grout lines in the wall tile, and they gave us 1/8 to 1/4. Th cut tiles incorrectly, and just have varying gout line thickness. The carpentry is not good either. The joints were bad. Some 45s had 1/2 inch gaps that they tried to fix with caulk and not wood filler. The paint on the doors is so bad we had to hire another company to remove the doors, sand and repaint. One top of not being close to being finished, bad quality work, without fail, he had no problem asking for more money. He received 1000s more than the work complete, and still asked for more. We asked multiple times why he was so over budget and time, and all he could say we yes we are. He would never directly answer any questions asked. Needless to say, we had to hired other people to repaint, finish the plumbing, kitchen, floors...along with he punch list of times that needed to be fixed.

He's a nice guy. He's a confident contractor and I would use him again.
