Plumbing
Mike was the kind of person you want working for you. He was extremely polite, professional, and cared about doing a good job. Due to an anomaly with the toilet tank, he had to make a couple of extra trips to fix a small leak. Even though the issue was not his fault, he did not charge me for these extra trips and he made sure the job was done to my satisfaction.
