They are awesome. I called them at 2:30 PM and they said they would be at my house in two hours. They arrived at 4:30 PM and quickly diagnosed the problem. They kept us informed about what they were doing. As soon as they knew what was wrong and what it was going to cost they told us. They were careful to make sure they kept the house clean which wasn't easy because it was raining. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed to get the air conditioner up and running again. We had a minor communication problem when the job was complete which they went above and beyond to fix to my satisfaction. They are the best of the best.

They temporarily fixed the problem for me until I could afford to get it fixed. Then they came back and replaced the motherboard. It iced up once after that and they repaired it for free. It is a small company and they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent. Came quickly in response to immediate need. Accurately diagnosed problem and fixed it immediately. Corrected errors that a previous repairman from another company made. Other company tried to sell a complete new system when in fact it was a small part that needed replaced. Went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We have used RC for other repairs. They are always very prompt, extremely courteous, fair, accurate and appropriately priced. I highly recommend them.
