Mulch and Topsoil Service
A landscaping company advised me to buy the 8 cubic yards of fill dirt, let it settle to see if there was enough there , before putting down topsoil and then sod. Imagine having to get estimates to repair the job. Oles Engineering should have paid me to haul that dirt from them. I will have to haul the dirt away because nothing was going to grow there. You could build a house from that dirt with all the cement in it. I called them and talked with an office worker. He was going to have Mike Oles, the owner, call me back but he never did.

"The call came in for a load of fill dirt; I asked what she was using it for and with her response I tried to talk her into pulverized top soil, not fill dirt which is waste dirt from the pulverizer. I (Jim Ross) have been doing this work for 40 years and again I explained she needed pulverized top soil, not fill dirt. The crack in driveway was outside the tire tracks and is at the most 2' long. I, Jim Ross, took the call and also delivered."
