I use this company for all my irrigation needs and they have always done a good job.

We moved into a home that had an existing irrigation system, which we'd never had in any of our previous homes.  Stupidly, we didn't realize that you need to have the system totally cleared out and shut down in the winter, and so the water still left in the pipes naturally froze and busted the backflow. (D'oh!!)  When all the snow melted, we could see that this was clearly broken and leaking.  I called Indianapolis Irrigation, who had installed the system for the previous owners.  It took a couple of days to get a call back, so I kind of wondered what the deal was.  Then, I talked to the woman in the office (whose name I can't recall) and she told us that someone would be by to take a look at it in the next few days, as they were very busy.  Days passed, and I didn't hear from anyone, and I periodically went outside to check on the valve.  One day about a week later, I noticed that it had been fixed!  I was just a little confused, because generally I am used to service providers wanting to talk to me and verify the repair and the price before proceeding!!   I called them back and asked what the charges would be, and it was a very reasonable price.  So bottom line, I was happy with the repair, the price, and the outcome.... it's just that the communication is a bit wanting!  
Anyway, I will use them again because I like using small businesses, and I thought the quality of the work was good.  I would just encourage them to be a little more proactive with communication!  :)

They are A, excellent. I like that they are just a smaller company, their responsiveness because you can actually call the guy directly to do all the work and you get him.

Roger did a great job. He did exactly what I wanted them to do and my lawn was great.

Service went well.  The only issue was that we had to call a couple of times to get them to come out.  We have used them for several years and this has never happened before.  On the second call, they apologized and came out the next day.

This process went better than expected.  It took the crew one day to install the system in the front yard and both sides of the house.  They optimized the sprinkler settings for me.  They also planned ahead by running pipe all the way to the back yard, around my paver patio, and setting up the pipe system there so that when I am ready to install the backyard irrigation system, a lot of the labor will have already been completed.  They also did a great job with the lawn, I could hardly tell where they dug into the ground and my neighbors were actually amazed that no one could tell.  One minor issue is that they tapped into my water line in my basement, as it should be since I have old galvanized pipes.  I had previously had most internal galvanized pipes replaced with blue and red plastic piping and added a new main shut off valve on this new piping since the old galvanized pipes are corroded and when you turn it off and on it leaks and does not like to shut off completely (which is why th enew shut off valve installed).  But, they tapped into the line before the new shut off valve which caused problems.  The new line kept leaking and now the old shut off valve is leaking since they had to use it.  They were eventually able to stop their leak, but it took a while.  But, my old galvanized shut off valve is still leaking and it may be difficult to fix/replace.  It is also inconvenient that they only accept check by mail, no over the phone payments.

They were really good. They have good prices and quick service. I plan on using them again.

I was very pleased with the time kenny spent with me in the beginning, the quality of work during the install and the follow up after.

Excellent experience wit the crew. They worked hard and did an excellent job. Couldn't tell a sprinkler system was installed. No gopher runs through the yard. Lawn looks good afterward. Lawn loves the water.

The two men who came to winterize our system were not very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They only winterized half of our system and turned our water off. I had to call back and have someone else return the next day to properly winterize the system.

We've had trouble with this company all summer. After they turned our system on they failed to provide the city with the proper paperwork. I received notice from the city that I would be fined if Indianapolis Irrigation did not provide the paperwork. It took me three weeks and many phone calls to Indianapolis Irrigation and the city to get the problem resolved. These people are incompentent!!

Roger is a true professional. They were super fast (same day) when we had an emergency type situation and they were able to fix our other problems perfectly.

It went excellent.

I have repeatedly called them and I get no one to return phone calls or emails. I have know had my sod replaced twice and they were to come out an redirect my stations so that the water would hit the sod and they have yet to do that. The biggest problem being I had a deck installed and I made sure the deck people knew who the irrigation people were in case of any problems. The deck people damaged 2 lines after they advised Indianapolis Irrigation about where they were going to put the deck and received no response from them. Then I called the irrigation company to repair them and then I received a bill from Indianapolis Irrigation for $600 and they will not send the bill to the deck maintenance company b/c they do not deal with 3rd parties and it is my responsibility. I would never use them again, recommend them and I am going to switch as soon as the warranty is up.

Professional, courteous. Tom came out to look at the job, and clearly knew what he was talking about in terms of layout, etc. Installation was smooth. Since we installed very late in 2007 but before time to winterize, Tom didn't charge me for the first six months of service including winterizing. They left the yard in good condition. Very easy to deal with.

Excellent all around.

They are prompt and the price seems fair. Their work has been good. This company installed the system many years ago (before I bought this house 13 years ago).

They turned off the system in the winter as well. They have been very responsive, and come out to do things whenever I need them. I will continue to use them for my irrigation needs.

They were excellent. Excellent job.

PUNCTUAL AND QUICK RESPONSE.

TOM AND HIS CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB INSTALLING A NEW SYSTEM IN OUR NEW HOME. THERE WAS NO VISIBLE EVIDENCE THAT THEY WERE EVEN THERE WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.

TOO MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET SERVICE PERFORMED ON A SECOND VISIT, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ON FIRST VISIT. USES SUBCONTRACTORS THAT CANNOT BE RELIED UPON. PHONE CALLS NOT RETURNED. HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH OVER THE TELEPHONE.
