Cathedral Marble & Granite
About us
The Cathedral experience begins as soon as a client arrives at the business, where rows of expertly sliced granite stand alognside the main building. In the showroom are hundreds of samples of granite from as far away as Italy and India, timeless marble in an array of shades and patterns, and beautiful quartz. While the selection is great, be assured that Cathedral refuses any natural stone that does not meet its stringent standards. Cathedral's design experts work one-on-one with each client, offering guidance on countertop edge options, complementary colors with cabinet finishes and more. 30 Employees

"Please enter what you would like the response to look like:We are sorry that Mr. [mnr] is not happy with our service. According to Mrs. [mnr] through email, "We are very happy with the actual counter tops, the only problem we had was with the faucet installation. The depth of the sink caused a huge problem with our current plumbing situation, which caused additional expenses and over a weeks worth of extra work to fix." As was stated to the Customer in person, in email correspondence, and is also written on the estimate Mr. Murakami signed, Cathedral Marble & Granite does not remove prior to nor hook up plumbing after counter top installation. We are not plumbing nor general contractors; however, we do install sinks to our counter tops, and we drill holes into the counter tops we installed as needed to accommodate faucets, ROs, soap dispensers, etc. Our salespeople are not on commission, so there is no reason for them to be "pushy", and they and our production staff go out of their way to make sure that each Customer is completely satisfied with their counter top installation. To take out frustration on Cathedral because of the extra time and expense the Customer had to undergo in order to coordinate his project's plumbing which has nothing to do with our services, and to give Cathedral an 'F' for this vexation is unreasonable. Again, to quote Mrs. [mnr]: "We are extremely happy with the counter tops and with your help. We only want to give a suggestion that maybe future customers be warned that there may be plumbing issues with installing a new sink or faucet." Saying this and what the review says above are two completely different statements. Thank you."
From the very start through the completed install of the counter tops their customer service was excellent.
They helped guide us as we chose the material and decided on finishes and edge profiles. They also gave us great tips on how to care for the granite and even how to enhance the stone.
Their installers paid close attention to detail which took our project from good to excellent.
Every person we worked with on their staff from the person that answered the phones to the installers were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is obvious that this company takes pride in its product.
I will recommend this company, and use this company again.
I narrowed my options down to four providers rated high on Angie's List and after some preliminary e-mail and phone conversations, I selected this company. I am glad I did. They made some suggestions that improved the design of my kitchen and saved some money in the process. Everyone I had contact with sounded excited to have my business even though it was a relatively small project. I can't say enough good things about them. I am already looking around my house to see what else I can remodel to be able to use them again! :) I have recommended them to several friends already.
