THE OWNER IS A BIT ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES, BUT COMMITTED TO GETTING THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY. HIS OPERATIONS PERSON IS THE BETTER BET FOR CUSTOMER CONTACT AND HE HAS THE SAME COMMITMENT AND FOCUS. THE COMPANY IS EXPERIENCING GROWING PAINS AND SO THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH RESOURCES AND SCHEDULING, BUT THESE ISSUES ARE MINOR WHEN BACKED BY THEIR COMMITMENT TO GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY. IF YOU CAN PUT UP WITH THE PROJECT TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN YOU MIGHT DESIRE, THEN THEY WILL DELIVER A GOOD PRODUCT AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. GIVEN THEIR GROWING PAINS, IT IS POSSIBLE THEY MAY BE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU ON PRICE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK ON PAYMENT TERMS. I PAID MORE UP FRONT IN EXCHANGE FOR A DISCOUNT AND THEY SAW THE PROJECT THROUGH TO THE END WITHOUT HESITATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ARTICULATE METHODS AND MATERIALS IN YOUR AGREEMENT TO ELIMINATE CONFUSION.
