We have had Mark Rich work on our home twice now because he's the best. Mark and his crew are true craftsmen and know their profession. Mark's price for professionally set hardwood cabinets came in less expensive than the pressed wood products you buy at the hardware stores. He knows which finish and countertops are best for each customer and they also back up their work. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Do yourself a favor and call Mark Rich for home projects. You won't be disappointed!

He gave us an excellent price for the custom cabinets. He gave us more options than we were getting from the box stores. When we priced it, apple to apple, he was about $600 cheaper and with much better materials. He was ready for us when we needed him, instead of waffling about the time it would take – he was ready in 3 weeks. He did a great job and was true to his word. That means an awful lot. My wife is very happy with it too. We’ve gone back to him and ordered a vanity and mirrors for our half bath. I highly recommend him.

Mark was very responsive to our request for a small job. We had two kitchen cabinet drawers that our children had broken by pulling the front of the drawer away from the box, and a cabinet door that had come apart from original poor workmanship. He was in the area and came to our home to pick them up. They were fixed and ready in less than a week. We felt his price was fair and reasonable. He did a great job and everything looks great. Would not hesitate to use him again. He offered to install the door, but it was an easy fix. We went to his shop to pick up the drawers and door and installed them ourselves. He would have done it for us if we had asked.

Mark met with me and my husband several times to discuss new cabinets for our basement kitchen / bar area. He was extremely patient during the many times we changed our minds. He listened to our likes / dislikes, then made suggestions based on our preferences and budget. He measured the space, designed the layout and installed the cabinets, countertops and hardware. Our knotty cherry cabinets are beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the finished project, and we will call on Mark to complete future projects.

I met with another carpenter to get an estimate for the work which needed to be done. After waiting more than a month for an estimate, I decided that I didn't want to work with that carpenter, so I sought out Mark Rich who I had heard did beautiful work. He provided an estimate and completed the work in a timely way, and his final bill equaled his original estimate, which was less than the original carpenter was to charge. Most importantly, his work, which included both design and build, was outstanding. I will use Mark again soon, and recommend him highly.
