Mr. Stephens and his son-in-law worked winterized my sprinkler system last year and I called them again this year since they were very prompt with service last year and also charged a reasonable price. Unfortunately for me, I waited too long this year and the pipes above ground froze, causing my backflow unit to be damaged. I called them and they were out the next day to repair the backflow unit and winterize the system. They remembered that we had a baby last year so they were careful not to wake anyone up when they came by in the morning to check on the system. This is the kind of service that made me want to pay the guys back by writing a review as they deserve the A grades they have received. We really appreciated our great service.

Casey was extremely nice to work with. We had an issue with our water meter being incased in our driveway cement. He spoke with me off and on over the course of the fall and winter about potential options. We ended up breaking out a small patch of concrete ourselves due to cost instead of having the water company add another meter. However, Stephens Irrigation put a control box near our driveway in the yard so we could re-pour the patch of our driveway and they wouldn't need access in the future. After install, the other owner went through all the options on the control panel so we could operate the system.

Originally, I contacted 3 companies to come out and give estimates for the installation of my lawn irrigation system. Stephen's Irrigation Services' price for installation was very reasonable. Yet, I did not buy on price alone. I chose to do business with Stephen's Irrigation Systems because of his Ken's knowledge of the industry, humility and personal character. Ken is an extremely pleasant individual to work with and I shall continue to use his services for years to come.

I had an abandoned line that broke loose and had water going everywhere. They helped me find the line and correct it. They are very punctual, efficient, and helpful.

I requested quotes from five of the top Angie's List providers. Stephens quote was the lowest by more then $200. He used the same Hunter controller and sprinklers as the others. We decided to use him. He showed up on time, did minimal damage to the yard, finished promptly and charged exactly what he estimated. The system works extremely well. I'm very pleased this vendor.

They are a great company, just outstanding. Their price is also very good. I had another company to put in the irrigation system and they spent around 180 hours, but, had no idea what they were doing. Then Stephen’s Irrigation Services people came out and put in the irrigation system in just six hours. The job was beautifully done. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

It went very well. They did a really good job. They were very easy to work with. They are very responsive and always called back and answered my questions. They were here when they said they would and got the job done on time. Also they were friendly to deal with. Their price was very competitive and the work was well worth the price.

I contacted them and they came out and gave me an estimate and recommendations of what should be put in. They did a great job. I was worried about them tearing up the and ruining the grass, but they did a great job of putting everything together.

We needed to extend our irrigation system in our backyard because we finished our backyard. He fixed it for about 1/4th of what I thought it would cost. He is very trustworthy.

A friend recommended Ken Stephens. Ken had installed his system and maintained it for over 10 years with minimal service/replacement required. Ken is very professional, concerned about our desires, and easy to work with. He came out for an estimate and told us he would not be able to do the work for awhile. About a month later, we saw utilities markings on the lawn. The next day Ken was out to finalize the plan. His crew did the installation the next day. Then Ken came out to inspect the installation, make minor adjustments, and train us on how to use the system. He did not ask for a down payment and reduced the final bill because he did not use all the heads he estimated and he charges by the head. The system looks good and works well. His crew was careful not to tear up the lawn and landscaping and to make sure the heads watered the intended spaces. This work does do some lawn damage, so he recommended another company to aerate the turf and reseed; he doesn't do that work.

KEN STEPHENS CAME OUT AND TOLD US ONE OF OUR STATIONS WAS NOT GETTING ELECTRICAL POWER. WE HAD TO FIND THE STATION BOX AND MAKE IT ACCESSIBLE. HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO DO THE WORK. AFTER A WEEK, HE HAD NOT COME OUT, SO WE CALLED AND HE APOLOGIZED FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO US. THEN HE CAME OUT AND REWIRED THE ONE STATION AND SUGGESTED WE REPLACE FOUR SPRINKLER HEADS, SAYING IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR US TO DO IT OURSELVES. AFTER RUNNING THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM FOR TWO DAYS, ONE OF THE STATIONS WASN'T WORKING AND ONE OF THE STATIONS WAS SPEWING WATER OUT OF THE SPRINKLER HEADS AND WOULD NOT TURN OFF. WE CALLED AND ASKED HIM TO COME BACK. HE SAID HE WOULD PUT US ON THE LIST. AFTER THREE WEEKS WE HAVE STILL NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM.

WE HAVE USED KEN FOR YEARS.

HE RETURNS CALLS AND HE GETS OUT HERE AS SOON AS HE CAN WHEN HE IS NEEDED. HE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
